Seasons Inn & Suites Highland

Checked in the hotel at 12:30 Am . Housekeeping knocking on are door at 8:45! Then the housekeepers are yelling down the hallway!!! Very pissed off !!!!

Hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A little past its prime. Breakfast was meager to nonexistent. We opted to go to Highland Diner.

It was great! The vending machines were a thief and the breakfast could have been a little better but overall it was great.

The staff is very friendly, but the hotel itself is run down. There seemed to be electrical issues (lights flickering, outlets not working, etc.)

Over all the room (#108) was quite comfortable, neat, and clean. The bathroom faucet was difficult to turn on and then it flooded the counter it leaked so bad. The stopper for the sink was just laying on the counter. The mini fridge didn’t have any shelves in it and there was a rather unattractive stain on one of the white bedspreads

The pool was not open, the slots not open, the hot breakfast was only waffles. The carpets were in need of cleaning. The room rate was comparable to when it was Holiday Express and Baymont franchises, but without the all the amenities as advertised. The small staff was friendly and did their best. But we cut our stay short by one day due to the conditions of the property

I like the staff very helpful. I thought the breakfast could be better. My room was clean but the faucet in the bathroom wouldn't shut off completely room 105. I think all in all I would stay there again.

Many, many things were broken or not working (toilet seats, locks, lighting etc.). The property was dirty, needing dusting and vacuuming. Also, the pool had not been cleaned.

Check in was easy and fast. Room clean and quiet. Great breakfast options.
