This hotel is extremely expensive and overrated , been here twice and it just seems to get worse by the year. The staff disregards your concerns ( we had to switch rooms twice after our ocean view door would not lock), they mistakenly called our room for a noise complaint when we weren’t even in the hotel . And even the deck where the chairs are you can’t even sit outside and enjoy the breeze at night because the staff are so uptight when it comes to simply sitting and listening to the waves ( even after the doors to the deck remain open all night!) very unserious . The only good thing about the hotel (yeah ,finally) is the hotel lobby and the location since it’s right there on the beach . This hotel also needs to upgrade its rooms, our stay was 3 nights 4 nights with ocean front views with queen beds , doesn’t come with a microwave ( even after you have to order room service , what if i want to heat my food up?) , the bathrooms are not made for multi tasking from beach to simply taking a shower the floors are slippery. The ac leaks due to the condensation so you can slip from the carpet to the main tile floor it’s pretty ridiculous.The parking was okay but everything else is not inclusive of the stay and you have to even pay to rent a beach chair , there should be some kind of pass or reward for length of stay or even what rooms you get ( like a free drink at the bar or even 4 hours free for a beach chair) and also the coffee shop next to the hotel restaurant sucks big time

The property is a bit dated. The first room we got had such a smell, the carpet right outside was soaked, and AC didn’t work. They weren’t able to swap the room that night so they comped us 100. For a sleepless hot night I don’t know if it was worth it. Second room was better but not available until next night. Ac was dripping but their engineer fixed it. The elevators were slow and at one point two of the three were broken. Loves the proximity to beach and food.. but overall probably won’t stay here again.

Had an accessible room and vent was leaking and came back from wedding and clothes were wet as bent was above the clothes rack! Staff at desk were not caring that my clothes were wet and had to pack wet clothes on departure!

Looks like they’re letting the property go. Low attention to detail. No coffee or water station in the lobby. The grounds were not well maintained. Fences and falling apart or unfished.

We enjoyed our stay. I wish they would pay a little more attention to detail when they are cleaning the rooms.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel, was to take advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. They were not available until the last day before we left, and the pool was too cold to use.

Overall was a great stay. Only complaints is that the walls are paper thin so I can hear the residents next door TV. Also the plumbing wasn't the best, if someone next door flushed the toilet, my shower ran cold.

This was literally the worst hotel stay I have had in my life. First, our door DIDNT LOCK. They came to check on it (after waiting for 45 minutes) and couldn’t fix it, so we had to sleep with the little door stopper and that was all. Secondly, the hot water wasn’t working. Now, I would think a hotel I paid over $200 a night for would have basic amenities like hot water and locking doors, but apparently not here. Third, it’s February and they decided to shut down the indoor pool for renovation. This seems counterproductive when it’s cold outside and guests can’t use the outdoor pool when it’s 50-65 degrees. I had two small children who were very disappointed. Lastly, I called room service 15-ish times with no answer and eventually sent my husband down to order food. I got 9 shrimp and 5 soup dumplings for a whopping $40. Such a great deal. At checkout when I told them all of this, they gave me a $50 discount. That is absolutely ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to even pay for the stay when I didn’t even receive basic services like a functioning room with a locking door and hot water. Highly recommend this hotel is you want have a terrible experience and virtually no customer service.
