烏內姆貝扎精品小屋(Unembeza Boutique Lodge & Spa)

Wir kamen nach einer Woche aus Lodges mit täglich zwei Game-Drives in die Unembeza Boutique Lodge. Es war genau das richtige um sich zu erholen, unsere Zimmer war grosszügig ausgestattet,mit Aussendusche, dass Bett sehr bequem. Der Pool hat zum verweilen eingeladen und der Staff war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Frühstück und Abendessen waren hervorragend. Das tollste er, das man im Wildlife Estate von seinem Zimmer aus Tiere sah, wenn man Fahrräder mietet, kann es gut sein, dass man Zebras und Giraffen begegnet (beides ist uns passiert). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und erinnern uns gerne daran zurück.

My partner and I stayed at Unembeza for the first time and what a delightful lodge it was! The “house” we stayed in was the best we have stayed in and so spacious and everything needed was there including walk-in wardrobe. The 3 meals each day were first class every day. The staff manager Frank catered to our every need and went out of his way to purchase Chemist items - all staff were professional and accomodating to each and every thing. It was a lovely relaxing atmosphere with small animals roaming around the grounds and the pool area was calming and relaxing. I went to the spa for a back massage which was lovely. There were game drives available from external lodges if desired . We will definitely stay at this lodge again for the relaxation between large lodges

Wir hatten eine Familienvilla für uns und unsere 5 und 10 Jahre alten Kinder. Der Platz war für 3 Nächte absolut ausreichend. Ein Highlight war unser privater Pool. Aber auch den großen Gemeinschaftspool haben wir gerne genutzt. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Essen war immer hervorragend. Auf die Extrawünsche der kleinen Gäste wurde toll eingegangen. Da keine Big Five im Reservat leben, ist es wunderbar, einen Spaziergang in die Nachbarschaft zu unternehmen. Aber auch im eigenen Garten sind uns Antilopen, Affen und Warzenschweine begegnet.

Eine sehr exclusive Location. Das Zimmer sehr komfortabel, Licht, Moskitonetze und Schlafi sind bereit wenn du zu Bett gehst. Das Essen vorzüglich, man kann zwischen verschiedenen Gerichten wählen. Zur Entspannung gibt es einen wunderschönen Pool oder eine entspannende Massage. Wer es edel mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Rooms are nice and clean. pool area is nice. female staff is nice. most other guests were nice. its located at the end of the wildlife estate so, its a bit more quiet and you can walk around in peace there. if you do not like the food, because meat was only fat and not really eatable, there is no alternative, you have to go to bed starving. they force you to tip for their projects to help people. i donate a lot usually since years. also for soweto. i do not donate if i get forced in a rude way. there were loud / very drunk day guests who did not stay in the hotel, they had a massage there, then stayed at the pool area, drank lots of alcohol, were very loud ( it was early afternoon ) , then harassed me, then talked bad about a nice family with kids who used the pool, cause they were guests of the hotel. i asked the 2 drunk older women why they need to drink so much. they said, they produce a trash tv jungle show for australia close to hoedspruit and they can not handle all the trash witout alcohol. wondering why they take day guests like this. they harassed us all so much. then i booked a game drive trough them, we agreed to pridelands. thats a nice gam reserve. then the company did want to take me somewhere else we did NOT agree to. i said no to that. also they wanted to put me in a car with a very loud familiy from the netherlands who yelled all over. so, i said no to this drive. i went off the car. the company said they do not charge, because its their fault and i got back to Unembeza where they told me in a rude way they want to charge me for the game drive i was never on. i said no to that. do not let them fool you. and if the meat is not eatable and only fat they should offer you something else.

How this lodge disappointed me I won't encourage anyone to book with them you can book at your own I was overcharged during my stay coz I book with booking. Com on my arrival I received everything from booking. Com and and everything was sent to me via email except access code when I call them they say they can't see my booking ontheuer system and I was advised to do direct payment then the other 1 will be paid back even today I haven't received my refund of R6100 I do send them email 3 days ago no respond only automated reply I get am so bored I think all they need is money from guests that good service

We hebben een ontzettend relaxt verblijf gehad met leuke safari game drives. De full day tour met onze gids Dave, was een echte aanrader. Ook het personeel deed enorm zijn best om ons het naar de zin te maken!

La situation de ce bel hôtel dans une petite réserve, qui est plus un lotissement de luxe qu'une réserve animalière à proprement parler est un vrai atout. On côtoie réellement des animaux à deux pas de la terrasse privée de la chambre et il est très aisé d'aller se promener à pied ou en voiture et d'aller à la rencontre de girafes de zèbres et de koudous. Le standing de l’hôtel est très satisfaisant tout comme l'accueil du personnel. Le choix d'une chambre de qualité supérieure offre un grand espace ce qui est un vrai luxe. Très bon petit déjeuner servi à table. La piscine est vraiment très froide en août (un ou deux panneaux solaires pour la chauffer ?) Le dîner servi est de qualité satisfaisante mais il vaut vraiment la peine de faire dix minutes de voiture pour bien diner à l'extérieur. L'activité "Afternoon Nature Drive" n'a aucun intérêt, vous pouvez faire et voir la même chose par vous même en voiture ou à pied, les animaux sont très faciles à approcher. Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié que les boissons nous soient facturées en plus contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Le coût de l'activité est dès lors encore plus disproportionné. c'est juste mesquin d'ailleurs. Ceci fait baisser ma note générale et modère mon impression globale et c'est dommage.
