Experience from start to finish was brilliant, the staff are highly accommodating and really go out of their way to take care of you. Room was really nice and comfortable with everything we needed and they have a water purifier on site which was a bonus as we didn’t have to keep buying water! The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The staff member who greeted us gave us a map and gave us a detailed explanation of where everything was including options of where to eat, places to go and see such as the night market, coconut village and the beach. Aside from being helpful, the staff are all really friendly, upbeat and kind which really enhanced our experience! If you are visiting Hoi A make sure to stay here!

I liked everything about this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with Viet and Mat. The check-in was great - Viet day down with us and pointed out his recommendations on a map. The room was fine, with a comfy bed and clean facilities. The breakfast was included and was delicious.And it's really well located, most things are within walking distance. I wish we had booked to stay longer.

This is a great family run business by hard working, kind people. Perfect location. The breakfast is great. The bed is great. The ac is great. The room and bathroom are good enough, great for the price. It’s an experience. If you want the Ritz or Four Seasons, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. If you want to see what Vietnam really is, this is great. My wife and I are in our 60s and we met old college friends here who we travel with for a week or two occasionally. When we were young, we did the backpacking thing around the world, but the older we get, the more we enjoy more comforts. This brought us back to our roots and it sure feels good. You first talk with one of the owners in their living room/dining room/kitchen with kids, families running around saying hi. Except for your room, you live in their house and they couldn’t be nicer. I asked if I could use the fridge to put beer in and the guy said I have all kinds of beer here. I asked how much are the beer and he said free, I like to share my beer. . I said no , you don’t understand, we drink a lot of beer. He said , well then, I’ll share a lot of beer. Drink as much as you want. Wow, how nice is that? I couldn’t and bought beer and wine, but the next day we were playing cards in their dining room and were drinking beer and he offered us amazing Courvoisier and expensive Japanese whiskey that had been given to him by executives of those companies who had stayed there. Unbelievable, the generosity and hospitality and kindness of the people here, and all over Vietnam so far, is what is making this trip so memorable. It’s only ~$30ish/night, so don’t expect fancy or resort living. That should be obvious. But, this homestay offers more than any resort ever could, if you allow it to.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge which is located a short walk from the old town. The room was very well maintained, clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was great too. Fantastic hosts, especially Viet who on arrival gave us some great local recommendations.

Two of us stayed here for a couple of nights in January. Great central location, walkable distance to most sites. Massive king sized bed in a well-lit loft room, very clean and well maintained. The family is lovely, so friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel accommodated. Super impressed with the breakfast- much better than some hotel ones!

plutôt que de reserver des hotels chers proche de l ancienne ville je vous conseille cet endroit calme avec du personnel aux petits soins ! la localisation est parfaite pour visiter l ancienne ville sans avoir le bruit . la piscine est petite mais sympathique , le petit déjeuner excellent, les chambres agréables et cela a moitié prix des hotels ....

Friendly hosts who are always welcoming with a smile. Always happy to help or have a chat. The breakfast on offer is freshly made and superb. Everything is prepared by them. Even the salad dressing. Room was a nice size with a balcony. Bed is comfortable for both of us who have bad backs. Swimming pool is relaxing and a great temperature. They even bring you a fruit tea while you are swimming. They provide a excellent service and a great touch. If we come back to Hoi An, we will stay here again.

The hotel was really nice, super modern with homestay vibes, you can ask anything to the owners they will help you with it. We made good use of the bikes. Booked two days and got an amazing room on top floor, but all of them were perfect looking, outside sink comes in handy as well. The breakfast was really good and fresh, atm is located close by on the way to the center. Gave us recommandations upon arrival and drove us to our bus stop for free during busy breakfast time. Would recommend the city for 2 nights, 1 and half day so you can go to the beach as well as activities.
