Love the food is great

I stayed at this hotel on 6/23/23&6/24/23. Both night’s, random men knocked on my door( once at 3:24 and the other at 6&6:30) I was there with my handicapped sister and didn’t want to scare her anymore than she already was- so I just said they might at be lost. One of the men came back and tried the door handle after I yelled at him to leave. Saturday morning I asked to be moved but they said they were full. Both mornings I complained to the desk. They said I should have called the desk so they could send up the desk clerk. They do not have a security staff. I didn’t want my sister any more upset than she was& really- the desk clerk is confronting a grown man?They really need better control over who is in their hallways late at night.

L'hôtel est très agréable. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et très serviable. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour . J'ai eu un soucis avec ma chambre et la réceptionniste a été réactive. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour là-bas.

Le pedí un favor a la persona que estaba en la recepción para identificar el taxi que me llevó al hotel porque me cobró dos beses y se negó rotundamente a ayudarme ...

Our checkin was at 4pm. The room was not ready till 5pm. The 2 girls at the reception just kept talking amongst themselves and made no attempt to ask the staff to get our room ready. Then one guy came and after speaking to him, he personally went upstairs to check on our room. He came back and said that our room will be ready in 10 minutes and it was. The girls on the other hand offered to give us some different room which we had not booked.

Stayed in a suite for around $350/night. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Looks like an old building with a super cheap renovation. The room was pretty gross. Strong smell of cigarette smoke that you could tell was being covered up with some sort of air freshener. Floor was very dirty. Kitchen was clean but looked like an old kitchen that they painted. Which is okay but I expected more from a Hampton Inn. Bathroom door didn’t close unless you lifted up on it and the bottom of it was all warped. Tub had yellow splatters on it. Toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. Bed was comfortable though. We have another night planned here after our cruise. Hopefully the next room is better. In the future we would choose a different hotel though. I stay in a lot of Hamptons and expected better.

me gusto el desayuno que esta incluido en mi reservacion, no tuve ruidos durante mi estancia, y tiene buena ubicacion para encontrar restaurante cerca caminando.

Understaffed, checked us into a room that was being worked on, no apology. SLOW check in. Employees smoking outside of entrance. Facility is dated and in need of a remodel. Would not recommend staying here. One positive was the complimentary breakfast, staff taking care of that was excellent. Morning crew was much better
