Awesome stay and breakfast! The lady at the reception is really nice and helpful. We will stay again on our next trip to Miami.

Friendly staff good Location

見たことないサイズのゴキブリが、部屋に4匹出ました。またトイレには羽アリのような虫の羽が大量に落ちていて、胴体はどこに行ったのかと思いました。死んでひっくり返っているゴキブリは、見るたびに向きが変わっていました。 ホテル自体禁煙なのに、マリファナの香りが漂いっていて、ブリブリになりそうでした。

I was catfished. The pictures on the site do not show what the property actually looks like. The hotel is dirty, smelly, & it has no roof. The location looks sketchy looks like they sells drug and bodies out the place. I had to wait over 2 hours with the trip advisors to get a refund and they didn’t refund it all. I paid for a week 7 days. Had to ask for a supervisor multiple times didn’t receive one. The called me a liar and said the hotel Photos were accurate and I’m telling them in there in real time and the place should be abandoned. Finally after asking why I couldn’t speak with a supervisor I was refunded minus a day and cancellation fee. Which I never checked in because they claimed they were full. It was a total mess!

Primeramente no esperaron el dia del check in para yo hacer el pago q lo habia programado para hacerlo cuando llegara al hotel,la q me atendio a mi llegada con muy mala cara y una forma bien rara y disgustada,la habitacion con olor a humedad y a viejo,las paredes sucias igual q la puerta del baño,las toallas no huelen bien y pedi otras y no habian.
