蒂安納海灘飯店(Tiana Beach Inn)

Very nice stay. Close to the broadwalk. Parking on the street was ok and discounted from regular rate. Found a spot right in front both nights.

Great connection with owner/operator pre and during stay. Offered great places to dine and shop. Very helpful navigating a 4 day stay. Staff very helpful and accommodating. I will stay again and will recommend. Room had full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee and espresso maker. They thought of everything including a beautiful courtyard to enjoy coffee and late night look at the stars and sound of the waves

It had all the necessary amenities and an excellent location. Very easy check-in and convenient parking although at a price. What should be improved is the cleaniness of the bathroom. There was hair on the sink and surrounding areas. The soap fell on the floor in the bathroom sink area by accident and the amount of dirt and hair it collected made me throw the soap away as it could not be rinsed off.

Property is on the older side however, everything met my expectations. Easy access instructions and unit was inviting when i arrived.

Quaint, comfortable efficiency room 500 feet from the ocean. Parking can be a challenge, but other than that it was a really pleasant place to stay. I would stay there again.

This is a no frill hotel, but with all the needed conveniences of a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. The owner and the room attendant went out of their way to get us a room early. They were beyond kind and friendly and made our very short stay a pleasure.

at first glance it looked nice, the beach being close was a plus. but there were a lot of negatives of the trip the lady in the office didn’t speak english so we were very confused as she was trying to tell us where our room was. also there was no parking, if any it was expensive and you had to park a block or more away. we had to pay $50 for overnight parking at a nearby parking garage. the inside wasn’t the cleanest. there was a roach haunting us in the kitchen area that i had to kill which was terrifying. i’d pay a little more and find somewhere nicer in the future. wouldn’t recommend.

Great location, just a 2-3 min walk to beach. Plenty of options for eating and drinking along the boardwalk. Good location to walk, bike, and just hangout near the beach. Parking is the only challenge. Unit has all the necessities: fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster, etc… room has an old school charm feel vs a sterile hotel room. Just depends what you are looking for.

Steps from the beach. Clean & comfortable room. Will stay again.
