伯明翰胡佛萬怡飯店(Courtyard Birmingham Hoover)

Hicieron caso omiso de la petición sobre la limpieza. Únicamente pedí limpieza un día de 4 que estuve ahí. No me hicieron la limpieza ni sacaron la basura. No sirve la regadera para personas con discapacidad y adultos mayores. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien arréglela, y no enviaron a nadie. La alberca sucia Decepcionante la limpieza y el funcionamiento de las instalaciones.

Poca seriedad en los servicios de limpieza y me hicieron cargos en mi tarjeta que yo no hice

The property was under construction & limited door access to it. Cleaning staff tried to enter my room on Saturday morning @ 8:45 am … check out time is 12 noon. I reported this to front desk upon check out. Room was fine, hotel was good despite those two items.

Cozy room to eat our leftovers and reheat in the common microwave. Didn’t like the heating unit: didn’t respond to low fan button; loud pitched sound when fan was on. Uneven heat.

Nothing in the hotel works. Outside doors do not work. Elevator does not work. Had to walk through a constructions zone. My tv did not work in my room. my plug didnt work in the bathroom. The front desk staff were not helpful. Honestly it was a very unsafe environment.

Perfect location and awesome staff. Water temperature should be checked, I love to take a hot shower after a long day and also the start of my day. Both times i tired the water temperature was warm at best.

It would have been nice to know hotel was under construction, I was on the back side of the hotel and was told to park there only to find out that several of those doors were not working... and IT WAS POURING DOWN rain. The upgraded rooms are sure better than before but not good enough that I would ever book here again. TINY BATHROOMS are never good for a traveling woman!!

Overall I did enjoy our stay, the room we had was conveniently located near a door that leads outside. The biggest issue we had is there was no microwave which as a traveling coupling for work made it hard to eat meals. Other than that though the place was great. There was also construction going on but I don’t fault the place for that.

Usually we stay at this hotel because of the location and it’s “usually” a great stay. However, upon check-in the hotel didn’t have my reservation, even though it was booked in advance, so was a bummer. After waiting about 30 mins it got sorted out and I got my room keycard ; but, the key didn’t work for the outside door so I was stuck outside while it was raining with my niece. So, I had to pack everything back up and head to the front desk and get another keycard. This time we decided to not drive to the other side of the hotel. Instead, we went through the inside of the hotel to reach our room, only thing is, we were never given any instructions on how to reach our room from the inside. So, we had to go back to the front desk and get instructions. After receiving the proper instructions, we finally made it to our floor and then to our amazement we found out that they were doing construction in the building, which we had no idea. Also, upon entering our room, the room was not in the usual condition to previous stays. It was only a one night trip, but I have to say I was very disappointed in the whole experience. Hopefully they can get it right because this is one of my favorite hotels in the Birmingham area.
