伯明翰凱悅飯店 - 溫佛瑞飯店(Hyatt Regency Birmingham the Wynfrey Hotel)

Room was clean. Service was ok. Location was pretty. Food was not so great.

The staff & rooms were lacking in too many ways to name in this little box. The heat wasn’t working in our room so the next morning @ 7:30am we let them know. As of 2:30pm nothing had been done so we stopped at the front desk again. They called about 4 minutes later saying the heat couldn’t be fixed and we would have to move. Zero help. Zero comp at all. Full bill, parking and all. The room we got moved to had pink/orange/red mildew growing in the shower (multiple places) and a bathroom vanity that hadn’t been cleaned - it had coffee splattered all over it. The mini fridge was going out and making an awful noise, so we had to unplug it. I’m blown away that no one cared enough to reach out or follow up and I’m disgusted that we paid full price for such a disappointing stay.

Upon arrival in room tv did not work and I had to wait for them to send someone up to fix it. The next morning needed to iron a shirt and the iron did not work. Broken shelf in shower that they had propped up in the corner of the shower stall. Mildew in shower stall. Lamp shades terribly crooked and one had holes in it. Floor lamp damaged and not working Quite shocked at the room conditions considering the price charges.

Front desk agent put my family in a handicapped room when we did not request this (did not know until we went to the room). Turns out this room is worse than the regular room(had to book here previously and had no other choice again this time around because of a family reunion). Shower head was broken so it was leaking at the top. There was no shower door just a curtain that didn’t even go all the way down so water literally went out into the bathroom floor. I’m talking about the floor flooded. It was obvious there were previous floods because the sink wood board next to the shower is damaged and rotted. They tried to hold it together with blue paint tape at the bottom!! We paid almost $300 just for the night and it was equivalent to staying in a 1star motel.

Hotel is attached to a mall that appears to have seen its better day. This led to also worrying a bit about security. We have stayed there before thus the reason we stayed again. Prolly will not anymore.

For the amount i paid for the room i thought the hotel room would be alot better. The shower floor waa stained as well as the lamp shades and the lamps didnt work at all. The website stated one of the amenities where bathrobes and none where to be found. I also found a unopened sleeping pill on the floor that let me know the floor was not adequately cleaned. For the amount i paid for one night stay i certainly expected more from a big establishment like the Winfrey Hotel.

I loved the great welcoming vibe from entering to exiting. The customer service from the staff was outstanding. The room was nice and clean. I loved my stay.

Loud noises, bed was super uncomfortable, the ac didn’t work right, and the rooms are outdated and need work done to them.

I really can't review this property since I didn't stay her. The hotel charged my card for a reservation that I did not make.
