We had a great stay!

Would never stay at this location again. Our room smelled like mold I told the manager and ask for a different room even offered to pay more her reply was that they have not had anyone else say anything about the smell so she wasn’t going to do anything for me I complained about this three times and all I got was smart remarks back very poor customer service.

We chose this hotel for its location. Good, central location for house hunting. However while checking in for our 5 night stay we were advised there would be no housekeeping. I understand that staffing is an issue these days but I would have expected something! Hallways were only vacuumed every other day. Considering everywhere we went we were met with Southern friendliness, not so here. This was a reasonably priced hotel, so I wasn’t expecting 5 star standards but it definitely lacked all around.

The lady at check-in was not friendly at all. The room was decorated nice but all of the hotel doors looked damaged and scratched. The toilet was running when we got in the room and after 3 uses completely stopped working. The downstairs bathrooms were also out of order so by the morning there were no bathrooms for us to use. We had to rush to leave! That morning when we woke up we also had bugs in our room. The breakfast area was cramped also. The beds were comfortable enough and it was quiet.

Overall experience was good. One thing I noticed was the walls were a bit thin, we could hear snoring from the next room. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay. Clean bathroom and shower, comfortable beds. Had a good night's rest.

The staff were nice. The room was the perfect size for my family. The rooms and the linens need to be cleaned better. We found stains on the beds and the curtains, the ac and the floors needed a good clean. But overall an ok experience.

THE ROOM WAS VERY NICE THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS LAX . I HAD TO GO TO FRONT DESK FOR COFFEE PODS FOR SECOND AND THIRD MORNING THE TRASH WAS NOT EMPTIED IN ROOM OR THE BATHROOM NOT CLEANED AND THE BED WAS NOT MADE THE ICE BUICKET HAD A LINER THAT APPEARED TO VERY OLD AND DIRTY THAT IN ITS SELF WAS A TURN OFF

Water bugs in the shower and baby roaches near the toilet. Toilet tissue felt like sandpaper. This place has gone downhill since COVID.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The trucks parked in the back made it hard to fully sleep as they kept turning on their trucks. Rooms where very clean.
