舒適套房飯店-大學(Comfort Suites at the University)

Great hotel. Clean. The staff rocks. Very professional and attentive. I found out that there is new management since 3-4 months ago. His name is Eric. He is an amazing guy. I have never been so impressed by a hotel and he is a huge part of that. Basically,,,, professional and kind. A rare package these days.

The bed was very comfortable, the location to our destination was convenient, but the problem was the smell of the air conditioner system. It was so bad we had to turn it off. Once the smell left the room, I was able to sleep. Fortunately, in SC in December, you don't have to run the heat or the air conditioner for very long. If we had had to run them, I would have had to leave the hotel. I will not be reserving a room at the Comfort Inn on 501 in SC again.

The key system was down so we had to be let into our room each time we left. Didn’t like the idea of not having freedom to come and go with asking to be let back in room.

They had no room keys. Had to unlock our door every time we came and went and never checked our ID. Would not give us credit because we went through ******* and didn’t book with them. So we won’t get any credit? Unreal ******* shouldn’t use them or help us get a credit for total inconvenience for 4 days.

Key card not functional. Bathroom and sink were filthy. Bathroom in general was not up to code and very dirty. Fixtures about to fall.

Overall not terrible. The cleaning staff would just come right into the room without knocking. The toilet rocked back and forth and would just start running without being flushed. Shower heads are horrible. Not enough pressure which causes you to take forever in the shower.

The 3rd floor hall carpet needs replaced. Ice machine on 3rd fl not woorking. Impossible to get heat to cycle on/off. Electricity turned off prior to check out time so we had to pack by flashlight. Breakfast buffet not replenished before 730. Wobbley table in breakfast area. Would not stay here again

Staff was helpful and most were friendly. Entire building needs to be updated and cleaned top to bottom.

Front desk person had poor general communication skills and wasn’t friendly at check in. Room was in need of lots of repairs. Chair was obviously ready for the trash . Numerous incomplete paint jobs being done. Toilet stopped up at 11 pm and a plunger wasn’t brought up until 10 am
