Tammy at the front desk was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about the area, and offered cookies!! My room was very clean and bed was comfortable!! Will be stay here again.

The ice machine was broken and the swimming pool was out of use, there was not any butter or cream cheese with the breakfast. There REALLY needs to be a sign for the hotel at the driveway turn in.

They removed me from the accessible room I booked, I guess because I wasn't in a wheelchair she said someone else may need that room. The bathrooms are easier to use because the walk in shower. I bumped into a housekeeper as I was exiting the bathroom. I think she was there in inspect the room they transferred me to. She was polite. The pool was broken and the breakfast had hot eggs and carbs. The shopping was good in the area.

The staff were very nice and accommodating when we asked to check in early. Accommodations were dated, but clean. Good value for just using the hotel to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was a nice touch before our long drive. Different shopping and restaurant options close by. Airport just down the road.

The bed was horrible, there were bugs coming out of the drain and no housekeeping unless you asked. The breakfast was better then all carbs like most. It was right near the malls.

Hi, This place was a perfect getaway...Me & my fiance got a large bedroom & a living room...We loved it!! It was so close to everywhere we wanted to go..The glass museum,the Watkins state park, the mall, & the restaurants were right there...We definitely plan on visiting again...I only had 1 complaint & that was our shower head just didn't stay up but we made it work.. Besides that is was truly bliss...Plus the people were so friendly..Sweet & helpful!! Thank you for a memorable trip...
