科寧拉迪森飯店(Radisson Hotel Corning)

I had to ask to a room change because it looked like the room I got was not cleaned (the bed looked like used and barely “extended”). The new room was better and I could enjoyed my stay without further issues.

Our first room had a leak by the window. Someone had left a towel there to soak it up. We told the front desk and he promptly changed our room. The second room’s tv didn’t work so someone had to come and set it up. The entire time we watched the tv, it pixelated. They are old. Chips in the paint, just outdated.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but the PTAC unit kept going on/off and there was no way to make the noise constant. I woke up numerous times during the night and changed settings but nothing helped. That said, I'd stay again which tells you how much I enjoyed the hotel as a whole. Great location, nice staff, nice bar/restaurant.

******* was contacted to correct last name spelling error which was never corrected. Traveling to the hotel from Canada there was a major border closing and all borders to the US closed. I called the hotel to advise and they said they would mark the room “late arrival”. When my son was able to enter the US the next morning and checked into the Raddison he was told the room was a no show and cancelled. So we had to purchase another room for another $98.00 on top of the $271.00 we already paid for the room. This is the most ridiculous solution. How do you suggest we proceed to getting a refund?

Just an overnight in Corning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pleasant. I liked the prefilled shampoo,conditioner and body soap available in the shower. The only drawback was no complimentary breakfast available. It is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again!

The good news: Extremely clean room and the majority of the staff were very helpful. The “eh” moments: ******* notified me I was to be offered an upgrade. I wasn’t. Now I realize this could be due to many factors, so I’m not really upset. I know the property is undergoing renovations and there’s the signs of this all around the property.

location location location convenient parking nice entry, foyer and reception area clean rooms with comfortable appointments. new, but small, bathrooms -noise from doors slamming all night long (hallway fire doors, room doors, exterior doors) -noise at 2a from employees in the adjacent courtyard, laughing, shouting, hanging out after their shift -noise from other rooms, even those across the hall and including dogs barking. their front desk person, Alex, was a hero and moved us to another room and away from the causes of the noise so we could enjoy the rest of our trip.

Location is great. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Close to both Rockwell and Glass museums. Staff was friendly and polite. Pool was awesome! This hotel should close while under construction. Our first room was right next to construction site which started before 8:00 am. The room looked like a murder scene sans the blood. Had to switch rooms. Second room was a little better, but not much. Elevators and common area were dirty. Construction debris was everywhere. May return if Hilton can clean and update this property overall.

This property has the potential to be so much more. Located near the shops & restaurants on Market St, its a great walkable option. And the pool was clean and warm. Room was meh, front desk was less than helpful. There were a couple of staff members that made us feel welcome, but others treated us like an annoyance. The hotel has satellite tv, and we were told that tv reception can not be guaranteed during 'weather'. WHAT? The hotel is undergoing renovations and has a new owner - hopeful that they can dust off the cobwebs and find some staff members that don't show active disdain for their guests.
