華盛頓堡貝斯特韋斯特飯店(Best Western Fort Washington Inn)

The outside of the hotel looks welcoming, however the inside is dated and not modern. The heat/air unit very noisy. Bathroom backed up after use. Shower is adaquate but no barrier to prevent water from flowing in bathroom floor. Will not stay in such hotel again. $75.00 is held on your card for 3-5 business days for incidentals and / or damage. I see no need for this because the hotel is already in poor condition internally.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. The sink stopper would not operate, the toilet anchor covers were laying on the floor, and the toilet seat front bumpers were missing. Also,the TV channels were restricted to only a few junk programs. None of the national channels were available (ABC, NBC, or CBS)

Staff was polite and welcoming.. First impression was questionable by looking at the entrance. Elevator sounded like the door was going to fall off. Room: Hair in the drawers. Overall, you get what you pay for. I itched the whole entire night. My ankles, arms and neck were scratched raw. Absolutely disgusting. Family was down the hall and had same experience in their room. Slept all of 2 hours. Bed sounded like it was suspended by springs anytime you moved. My air conditioner was loud, and didn't even work. Room smelled like set-in pet dander. Hair in the drawers.The filters in the air conditioner were packed full of dust/dander and I ended up turning it off. To top it off, what little sleep I did get was interrupted by construction in the hotel at 7am. The carpet in my room was replaced with vinyl plank flooring and I cringed walking on it with bare as it didn't feel clean.

The staff was very friendly and excellent but the room was not clean and definitely needs renovations. The toilet was for an elementary student. The room needs a total upgrade. I would not recommend this hotel until the renovations are complete

Checkin was very slow and the room we were given had no heat. We eventually got a new room that was ok. Th hotel needs updating and repairs.

There was a sticky substance found on much of the furniture in the room, the garbages were overflowing at some point, generally not a particularly good experience

check in was great! front desk ladies were quick and efficient. Our room was clean, however smelt like cleaning chemicals a bit much, with also a stale cigarette smell in the non-smoking room. The bed was very, very, uncomfortable, but overall for a one night in and out stay we did not have a terrible time

They could’ve had better furniture and need some cleaning up the room. I don’t know how the other rooms are and they didn’t have no handicap which I am handicap and I couldn’t get a room. Uncool, brother.
