凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites Houghton)

Liked the location - steps to restaurants and water front walking paths. Did not like noise level in the room and the noise from other guests walking/running past windows to pool area. Also screaming/frightening fight between guests at 1am was very disturbing. Bathroom was odd and very out of date.

I liked the location. Great for dining out, just across the street were several restaurants and shopping. Was a little Leary about staying downtown, worried about the noise, but room was surprisingly quiet! Did not hear much road traffic. A little dated, but ok.

Liked the walkability, proximity to wharf area. Did not like hearing so much people/kid traffic overhead. The hallways were right over the middle of the rooms, it seemed. Luckily it did not go on all night.

The hotel is hard to navigate and requires a lot of stair climbing just to get from the room to the pool or breakfast. Our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there.

A in every way except my keycard wouldn't work in the outside door, even after the desk replaced it for me. I had to use a different door farther from my room. Otherwise, very pleasant stay!

Location of this property is great. Lots of good food and local shops within blocks of the hotel.

Great location in downtown Houghton. Older hotel but it is affordable and all we needed,. Free breakfast, pool and hot tub were nice.

Everyone is very nice. THe hotel is clean and safe and has options for food and drink along with grocery nearby.

During my trip this is the only hotel that really went the extra mile. I needed handicap rails and accessories, the management went out and bought some to fulfill my needs. Also the staff gave us tips and pointers about local and unusual places to visit not listed on the local brochures. If i ever get back there again I will absolutely to book my stay at this hotel.
