room was clean and kitchenette well-equipped. Location was convenient. Staff at front desk was friendly and helpful.

Staff were all extremely friendly. Location was perfect for all the visiting we had to do. The beds, however, are atrocious. Hard as a rock and as soon as you sit you hear the springs inside creaking and groaning. I didn't know they even made spring mattresses anymore. Do better, Candlewood, uphrade your bedding.

Clean but dingy - badly needs new carpet throughout and no technology amenities such as charging stations; expected nicer for the price I paid. Staff was very friendly.

Literally everything was perfect EXCEPT the staff and service. It seemed like we were a burden to them or something. I couldn’t quite put my finger on it but it definitely wasn’t that “happy to have you here” attitude I expect with hotels.

Small weekend family trip to my hometown, conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. Staff was professional, helpful and welcoming. Facilities were clean. Pool area and BBQ area were clean. Suggest bringing bug spray, if wanting to use pool or picnic area. Laundry facilities were free and very much clean. Might be our go to accomodations whenever we visit

This place is so convenient. It’s near all the eating and shopping you want. It’s clean (although they could have came in and took the trash out my room during the stay) and quiet. I had to pull myself out of bed it so warm and comfortable.
