Residence Inn Houston by the Galleria

I travel to Houston frequently and always stay at this hotel. The rooms are always spotless and the hotel manager and Michele are always a pleasure to see as is the rest of the team! I definitely recommend this hotel if you travel to Houston as it is clean, walking distance from everything, is gated with security on property and has an amazing team in place! Travis

The staff at the check-in desk were wonderful. The room itself was clean but the wallpaper was falling off and it was very aged. The people we were staying with didn't have their room cleaned for 5 days. Their room had ants and at check out, they had still not had their room serviced one time resulting in ants and use of the same towels. Unfortunately, that made our stay a little less attractive.

el hotel muy seguro y limpio, la gente muy amable, el sofa cama estaba hundido y nos cambiaron de habitacion 2 veces hasta uno con 2 camas donde permanecimos muy agusto. michelle y fred nos ayudaron muchisimo! el desayuno basto y el personal muy amable. lo recomiendo, aparte de centrico pues esta frente a la galleria

Excelente relación precio - beneficio. Realmente muy bien, muy cómoda, muy bien ubicada. Buen servicio y excelente actitud del personal. Sin embargo se nota que le falta mantenimiento a la propiedad. Había un espejo roto en mi habitación y en general se notaba un poco el paso de los años. Ya no está en su mejor momento.

A dated property, but the location can’t be beat and the suites are perfectly fine, especially for the budget conscious. Comfortable beds, clean, secure parking (included - but check as that could change), and a great breakfast. Positives far outweigh the fact the property is older. Great staff, and galleria location can’t be beat!

Es un buen lugar para hosped**** si tu objetivo es ir de compras o vas a alguna conferencia cerca. Puedes caminar hacia el mall sin problema. Funciona también para estancias largas ya que tienen cocina algunas suites, el problema es que había una persona que se ponía hacer llamadas desde temprano y caminaba por todo el pasillo y se escuchaba su timbre de voz muy molesto. El personal del hotel siempre fue amable.

When you first walk in, it LOOKS clean but after waking around and sitting down and stuff I started to notice a lot of things that were not clean like the remotes and chairs and some guck on it and was nasty looking, not sanitary at all. I don’t know if the house keeper felt that no one wouldn’t notice but I did. Please do better at cleaning the rooms throughly. Other than that everything is was good. The sheets were clean. Very nice lay out, the staff at front desk were very inviting upon arrival. Pool area is nice.

Bien que l'accueil ne fut pas ce que l'on doit attendre, le personnel suivant fut plus aimable. Chambres très sombres et très bruyantes. Bruits de ventilation extérieure dans toutes les chambres. Proche de Galleria à pied avec ses restaurants et boutiques. Petit déjeuner moyen avec un personnel très gentil.
