Check in was at 3 pm and they didn’t have the room ready. He told us 10 mins at first but once we double checked he said it was going to be an hour. We left to get food and came back to be told 5 more mins. Being that I had to go somewhere and be ready by 5:30 I asked if we could be accommodated by being put in another whilst we wait. He said no, that we pre paid and I wouldn’t get my money back. But when I said I don’t care about the money I just need a room, he magically had a room. When I brought this up, he said he had a cancellation yet earlier when I had asked the same questions he was sold out. He then brought up my age and said that he didn’t even need to be giving me a room because I was under 21. I responded if age is the issue I had someone who was 21, he then went silent. Overall the man working the front, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. I would strongly suggest you fire him, no explanation was ever given on our room.
