亨廷頓TownePlace套房飯店(TownePlace Suites Huntington)

The rooms were dirty. Had to be relocated because the room smelled like a dog kennel. Door knobs falling off doors. Furniture dirty, stained, and tattered. Stoves not working. Mattresses on beds stained, uncomfortable, old, and need to be replaced. This hotel needs to be renovated, and cleaned. Horrible experience! Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Your front desk staff is helpful but there’s a problem with communication. Even after telling them I want daily housecleaning on Thursday when I checked in, Friday when I left for the day, Saturday when I left for the day & Sunday, they still didn’t get it right.

There were bed bugs in my bed. I did let the front desk, as well as, the manager know. I was in room 200, which is a suite,... All the manager said is we will call pest control 😂 Yet, they needed me out right at noon because the room was booked for that day!

Bedroom was very small when you open the sofa. We got a king and sofa for 3, we had 2 towels, 2 spoons, etc. Shower curtain loaded with mold and pool has a very unsafe loose handle. The service was good, i need it more blankets and i got them right away.

Well we were disappointed in the room. No fridge or microwave, coffee pot, no extra tp. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were VERY used up. No nightstand on other side of bed. It was clean, however very inconvenient for the money.

They messed up our room reservation, Sheets were stained and ripped. Replacement sheets stained also. Disappointing stay.

Selected a King Suite, bed was a Queen. Called the hotel 3 days before and asked for a room away from elevator and on side of building away from interstate. Our room wrapped around elevator. Our room was as close to Interstate as possible. Noise all night long. Both Curtains very very hard to open and when I did both Windows were so dirty the sunlight could not enter. Breakfast was terrible, man working was great. This is not Marriott quality. Large crack in tile in tub patched. It just did not feel clean. Microwave dirty on inside and top outside of Microwave never cleaned, filthy. No do not disturb sign in room. Asked for one at front desk. None available. When we checked out no person at front desk. I waited, said hello, etc I wanted a printed copy of receipt finally left. No one ever showed.

The stop in the sink did not work, therefore water would not drain. Dirty towel left hanging from the shower curtain rod. Empty container from a bar of soap left on the bathroom counter. The best part was when I noticed cut toe/finger nails on the floor!

We have never stayed here before. Our usual places were booked Despite a graduation and a cheerleader competition everything went smoothly. The staff were very nice.
