亨廷頓萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Huntington)

The beds in the rooms were too stiff for my comfort and the pillows so small and flat. I didn't sleep well on that bed. I went to breakfast the next morning and it was pretty basic. I paid an egregious amount for my stay and I don't know felt like I got ripped off for the money.

Front desk staff was very accomodating and professional. Room was comfortable, very clean, quiet. Had a peaceful stay. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. They also have a good snack and wine selection available for purchase.

The room was clean and comfortable, but I killed several stinkbugs in the room (I realize some of that is outside of the staff's control). Breakfast was okay. Front desk was very professional and quick to move me to a different room due to a faulty HVAC unit. The city view from the 4th floor was beautiful!

Hotel needs a thorough cleaning. The coffee pot in the room was dusty, the shower had a used bar of soap and the bathroom floor was so sticky it felt like it was mopped with honey. Would not stay again.

I stayed from Monday through Monday. I had to ask for toilet paper 2 different days. I had to request trash emptied. Supposedly the room was to be refused every other day. I had to go to the front desk to request trash bags. I then started using store bags until after the 5th day. I went to the front desk again to ask to have the trash removed also requested tissues on Tues and Friday and was told there were no tissues in the place. Shouldn’t someone order when they are getting low?

We were very happy with our stay. Our room was very clean and nicer than the pictures on the site. The linens on the beds were so comfy. The beds were so comfortable I took a picture of the tag because my husband and I are due for a new bed. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel. The service was great. Also there was a large crowd for breakfast but yet there was plenty of warm fresh food. The pool was great also. It could have been a little warmer but we had it to ourselves both days so no complaints. We will definitely stay here again!
