Nice staff and pretty clean facility. Pools and hot tub were great but not many kayaks to use in the lake. Overall a great experience and will visit again soon.

Etat général à rafraichir mais très bien pour une nuit. Pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, trouvez autre chose. On n'a pas utilisé la piscine ou le jacuzzi, des gens se baignaient habillés dedans. Et l'hygiène du coin piscine est limite, voire pire. La chambre est comme le reste. Pourtant ca reste agréable. Le cadre est enchanteur, c'est calme (et en plus il y avait un mariage lors de notre passage), nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant ni petit-déjeuner à 15$, pas inspirant. Il y a des trucs super à quelques kms. Pour l'hôtel, peu de choix dans ce coin....

The property is situated near Deerhurst Resort, in the same area and on the same road. However, I preferred it more because it offered a quieter and calmer environment. The beautiful view of the lake from the window added to its charm. The rooms were clean, and the mattress and pillows provided a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the availability of the indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub, allowing both kids and adults to relax and have fun simultaneously. Additionally, there were numerous excellent restaurants in the vicinity, providing convenient access to a variety of dining options, from fast food like McDonald's and Tim Hortons to sit-down restaurants and ice cream shops. Staff were very friendly and responding to your request immediately. You had lots of option for different games and books available in the facility. Restaurant was available for breakfast and dinner only. it has out door pool for summer with so many summer activities. Highly recommended!

The staff were lovely and helpful. The rooms were much smaller and run down that they appeared in the pictures. Everything was old. The roof was leaking in several places and they just had buckets catching it. The pool was run down and everything just needs refreshing. It isn't worth what we paid, we thought it would be nicer for that price.

The staff were second to none-unbelievably courteous and caring (Courtney and Cathy)-But this place is run down and needs a coat of paint and wall repair everywhere-Hot tub was out of service, pool was very dirty-Our room AC was broken, refrigerator not working, and so on and so on….it’s a shame, as it really has a chance to be great.

Booked this trip for a romantic anniversary with my wife. After check in we got to our parking lot facing room. Room was much more run down and dated then photos provided. The screen had already been pried of our hotel window and was laying below like someone tried to previously break in. There must have been some kind a tournament near by as There was a group of children running up and down halls banging on doors from about 6:30 till 10pm both nights of our stay which seemed to be fine with hotel staff. We witnessed a drunken fight between a bunch of guys right outside our window and a nice touch of puke beside our passenger car door when we left in the morning. I called twice to the desk about the kids banging on doors and got no answer so I decided to walk down and find a vacant desk for over 10 minutes while I waited and gave up. I never thought I’d drive through Huntsville thinking I should have just booked a motel. What a terrible trip. Save your money unless your looking for the Hidden Valley motel experience

It was a warm day so walking around was nice Very disappointed in the hot tub and pool facilities. Hot tub was not cleaned and unusable. Gym was also closed.

Room was not cleaned all day even after sign requesting it was left up. Staff came to clean at 4pm while my family was getting ready for a wedding which impacted our privacy. New towels were provided but nothing else was changed. We had to request the garbages be emptied. Would not stay again.
