Every is so so

I might have stayed in mire than 100 motels in my lifetime and this is the worst motel i have stayed in my life. I was with family and they gave me smoking room with stinking smell. They gave us another room with toilet flush broken. I have a picture of it too. Whole mood was spoiled for me and my family.

Although the room was huge it was very rundown with holes in the walls. The bathtub had hair and grit in it and the carpet was stained. No toilet paper holder. Yellow stains around bathroom vent and large hole in the wall where the handle hit. One set of sheets had small blood stains, the other had a hole. There wasn’t an additional deadbolt on the door that could be secured from the inside only as I’m used to so I didn’t feel safe, especially as the doors to the hotel were left open/unlocked at all times so anyone could walk the halls. Fan/furnace very noisy! Very smelly including smoke despite the multiple signs saying smoking was not allowed. There was a smoking station right outside one of the main exits to the parking lot. Very noisy - could hear everything that was said in the hallway and the slam of the door to the stairwell every time - no elevators.

Beddings were not changed after the previously people use, used towels on the door, toilet!!! was never cleaned! people's leftovers were not not cleaned!!!

The building and the room were freezing cold, i couldn't even stay cuz of this, very disappointed, would never recommend to anyone

Obvious money laundering - the place was literally empty with not more than 2 room occupied on every floor and they told us it was fully booked, placed next to the entry door on the first floor that did not open even once between 9pm and 6am. I think we were alone on the whole floor. Beds were clean but the place is literally falling apart. There was nothing there beyond place to sleep and i paid $227/night. Niagra in 4 stars with breakfast, good coffee machine and very decent room was $200 all in the week prior

The place was clean and tidy. The room has a beautiful sliding door that allowed exit to the street and outdoor parking. The door was not locked and could not be locked. That is a concern for a solo woman traveller! The bathroom sink was not draining well. This can be improved easily. Other than that, a lovely place, just off of Highway 11.

There was only one person who denied our request of extra blanket. Terrible place to stay. Everything was out of service there. No amenities. Smelly washrooms.
