This hotel was a great stay. We traveled with dogs and the staff made us feel most welcome. Quality for the price is excellent. Super comfortable beds, the room was spacious and clean, and best breakfast at a Best Western ever. Location is perfect, it’s right across from the falls and a quick drive or walk to downtown Idaho Falls.

We checked in and Taylor was so personable she used to work at a store where I am going today. She was so nice and gave us an incredible room overlooking the river and w a king bed. Breakfast was fantastic and the hot tub is open 24 hours.

Such a great place to stay! It was clean and the bed was super comfortable- they extra pillows and blankets in the room which was super helpful for this pregnant woman! The proximity to everything (River walk included) was great. The only things I can say that aren’t glowing was the bathroom was kind of small. And the hotel was at capacity and it was tricky to find a table at breakfast. They did made to order omelette which was a great way to start the day. I’d definitely come back!

Liked the kitchenette and the omelet bar. Staff was very helpful and also had a wonderful hot tub. Didn’t like the parking. It was extremely tight and didn’t like that you could only get one omelet per person.

This property was clean and quiet. Directly across the street is a beautiful park and walking area along the river/falls. Perfect place to stroll with the dogs after a long day in the car. Will definitely return.

Great motel! Older style but very well maintained and updated. Bed was good, shower was great, breakfast fantastic with an omelette bar, gym is well equipped. Will definitely stay here again.

They had one of the better breakfast options than most of the other places we’ve stayed.
We had a small problem with ants near our bathroom. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Typical hotel with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was way too small. Couldn’t even shut the door without being halfway in the shower. Pretty ridiculous. Parking was tight.
Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful in dining recommendations.
