Magnifique hôtel ,personnel aux petits soins .Super vue de notre chambre sur le lac .Super petits déjeuners très variés et œufs à votre demande .Nous le recommanderons à nos amis qui veulent se rendre sur le lac de Garde .Seul bémol ,qui n’a rien à voir avec l’hôtel se sont les « bouchons »interminables

My daughter and I actually had a very nice stay at Lake Garda from 11-14 August at the Hotel Villa del Sogno. Everything in the hotel is excellent. The location, the service, the extremely friendly staff. However, I am only talking about actually because our stay there was negatively affected to the maximum by the laundry service and the subsequent drama! Unfortunately, I made the mistake of taking a newly purchased high-quality (＞ EUR 1,100 plus tailoring costs) light blue-coloured linen suit to the dry cleaners there and not checking the suit immediately after cleaning but simply packing it up and taking it home with me. The next time I tried it on after my holiday, I had a rude awakening: the suit had been washed too hot and was therefore "destroyed" in terms of colour and size so that much smaller people could now wear it. The ongoing correspondence and clarification as to whether the hotel's own laundry or an external laundry was responsible for this has still not achieved a satisfactory result. Repeated reminders remained unanswered. Actually a very unpleasant development and experience with a hotel that actually has everything to make an unforgettable holiday on Lake Garda possible. Let's see when someone at the hotel gets their act together and takes responsibility and compensates for the damage.

Returning visit after 1 year. The waitstaff at the restaurant is still impressive. Very experienced and attentive. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with spectacular view and superb cantucci’s made by the chef. For electric cars, chargers available. Really nice experienced receptionist that seems to be there 24/7.

Wir sind jetzt schon das zweite Mal hier in der Villa del Sogno am wunderschönen Gardasee und geniessen es in vollen Zügen. Das Personal ist erste Klasse, es gibt nichts zu beschweren - das Essen, das Frühstück einfach alles ! Herzlichen Dank auch für die sehr professionelle Bewirtung, Bedienung am Abend! Wir wären sehr glücklich. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass halt jedes Hotel mag es noch so schön sein, Touristen anzieht, die einfach ihre Kinder nicht im Griff haben- sprich am Pool gibt es hier keine Rules, was heisst man beschlagnahmt die ganzen Liegestühle halt auch für die Kinder, welche dann den ganzen Tag im Bad einen Riesenkrach veranstalten - man kann trotz der unglaublich schönen Umgebung kaum seine eigenen Gedanken hören ! Schade, dass niemand was sagt, da nützt auch alles Silberbesteck, schöne dekorierte Umgebung nichts! Kosten darf es dann allerdings etwas, und die verwöhnten Kinder interessiert das natürlich nicht, da die Eltern das Ganze unterstützen - schade, dass nur die einen vor allem am Pool profitieren!

The staff is racist. They are not a kid friendly hotel. Rude staff. Our kids are 3 and 5 and the staff had the guts to go to my 3 year old to tell him to keep it down while he was just being a kid. This happened multiple times during our 3 night stay.

Siamo stati in questo splendido posto per un'occasione particolare e, complice anche l'angolo di rigoglioso paradiso in cui si trova, siamo stati davvero bene. Chi conosce la zona tra Salò e Gardone sa già che meraviglioso luogo sia il contesto e la Villa del sogno non fa che aumentare questa sensazione davvero stupenda. Il complesso è una bellissima villa con una struttura architettonicamente davvero molto interessante, che con le sue diverse altezze è molto piacevole. I punti di forza sono sicuramente la grande terrazza e la vista. Purtroppo in quei giorni era chiuso uno dei nostri "stellati" preferiti, Lido 84, (che si trova giusto di fronte) altrimenti avremmo fatto un doppietta fantastica. Noi avevamo una suite - non chiedeteci il prezzo ;-) - con una vista da urlo. La colazione decisamente molto buona e senza lacune: varie torte, succhi, frutta, pancake, salato al completo, e ... prosecco! Ecco, qui un piccolo suggerimento alla simpatica brigata sulla terrazza: insistere un pò meno per assaggiare il prosecco a colazione! Almeno con gli italiani ... La piscina è un gioiellino, molto tranquilla, con un bel prato attorno, comode sdraio e ombrelloni. Ci aspettavamo tanta gente ma eravamo davvero in pochi e un paio d'ore il pomeriggio le abbiamo passate volentieri. Quindi nel complesso davvero tutto perfetto. Unica sbavatura: ci hanno lasciato senza carta igienica!! Ecco, in un albergo di questo livello, e in una suite, una cosa del genere proprio non dovrebbe accadere. Anche perché quando accade ... non è proprio facile chiamare per averla. Buone vacanze da Amigdala!

Zunächst das Positive: das Hotel hat eine einmalige Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Gardasee. Von der Terrasse aus, auf das Frühstück und Abendessen serviert wird blickt man direkt auf den See. Auch die Zimmer sind hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Leider ist uns jedoch negativ aufgestoßen, , dass beim Frühstück viel einweg-verpackte Ware verwendet wird (O-Saft, Müsli, Joghurt, Marmelade, Butter…), dies könnte sicher auch in Coronazeiten anders gehandhabt werden. Es wirkt sehr lieblos und ist nicht 5-Sterne würdig.während unseres Aufenthalts fand im Hotel eine Hochzeit statt, leider wurden wir seitens Hotelleitung nicht darauf hingewiesen. Schade, eine kurze Info beim Einchecken wäre nett gewesen.
