霞慕尼飯店(Le Chamonix)

Nous avons fait une pause pour boire un café dans cet établissement. Je suis installée, on me sert un café. Je n’y ai à peine touché; je vais aux toilettes. A mon retour, la table est débarrassée. Le serveur refuse de me resservir un café . Outre la politesse du personnel, l’endroit n’est pas accueillant ( sauf la terrasse en plein soleil) et manque d’hygiène.

Notre séjour à l'Hôtel Le Chamonix a été extrêmement décevant. Je déconseille vivement cet établissement, car la qualité est tout simplement médiocre. Le service laisse à désirer, avec un comportement déplorable de la part des employés et du responsable. Malgré un accord préalable lors de la réservation pour la gratuité de deux enfants de 6 ans, nous avons été surpris de les voir inclus dans la facture, et le responsable n'a pas respecté sa première parole. Une expérience désagréable avec des tarifs excessifs.

Mal en la recepción, teniamos 3 habitaciones, 1 con cama doble y 2 con cama de matrimonio, y no las dan mal, tenemos que reclamar el cambio de 1 habitación. Una almohada con pelos de señora. El desayuno empezaba a las 7:30, bajamos a las 8:00 y el camarero llego a las 8:20, casi una hora tarde, una vergüenza

This hotel seems once to have had aspirations, and it is well located, if not well maintained. The parking is hard to find, a narrow driveway 30 meters before the hotel. When we stopped in front of the hotel, the parking lot attendant did nothing to direct us. When we finally parked, there was no one to help us with our luggage (and the hotel has no elevators). When we got to our room, the heat was on full and the temperature in the high 20s celsius. We had to shut off the radiator, open the window wide and wait an hour for the room to cool. Not exactly eco-friendly. We were there for two nights and had very slow WiFi for one hour. When we inquired, the response was "I will phone the company" in a tone that said doing so would accomplish nothing. On the positive side, the hotel's restaurant was wonderful. We had really good Atlas trout, and listened to an excellent musical group.

Terrible room for the price you pay, the rooms feel stuffed, there is no air circulating, opening the window is pointless because of the bugs, it was hot and terrible, no AC, worst of all , don't make my mistake, do not leave ur phone, it will be hacked, i shouldn't have left it. i didn't have service so it didn't cross my mind , but when i found out days later i knew that this type of hack is only done if you have the phone in your hands. i had to do factory rest but of course it was too late. on the other hand , the food and the location were great but not worth the info they got, especially if you have a sensitive job.
