月亮小屋賓館(Managisting Guesthouse)

We (my daughter and I) stayed in room #1 in the annex for one night. Th room is totally void of any comfort whatsoever, has three beds, virtually zero floor space, a single basic night stand, a couple of electrical sockets, and nothing else, no attempt is made to make the room cozy, no photos or decorations of any sort on the walls. The shared toilet was very basic but seemed relatively clean, the shared shower in a separate room had very bad air ventilation and was not inviting for use at all. We did not use it. Worst part is that the room is seriously overpriced at €163 for two guests per night. Outrageous! I didn't see the rooms in the main building, but the staircase is very narrow and steep, not for guests with heavy or voluminous luggage or disabilities.

An unexpected illness the day before my arrival prevented me from staying. I contacted the property to request a reduced cancellation fee since I was outside the cancellation window. I was very disappointed that the property did not grant my cancellation request and charged me the entire room fee. The illness was out of my control and I felt it was in the best interest of all other guests that I cancel my stay since bathroom was shared and I did not want to spread illness. I understand that policies must be enforced but in this situation, I felt that the property should have only charged me a partial fee for the room.

We paid 23350 isk ~170 euro for 8 square meters room with dirty bed sheets. Stove in the kitchen remembers the fall of Berlín wall, there was one shower for 4 rooms (12 people) and was so grose I felt more dirty after taking it. As sink in toilet there was some metal Bowl and If I would find those conditions in some camping for about hálf of this price than maybe. But otherwise just NO. Not funny joke.

La habitación la pedí adaptada pues voy con silla de ruedas y vi que en información está el baño adaptado. Al llegar me encuentro con escaleras para ir la habitación y escaleras para el baño, me pone que está adaptado el hotel. Me han estafado

Het pand is aan de buitenkant al heel bijzonder. Bij binnenkomst ga je de trap af naar beneden, daar zijn alle kamers. Boven wonen lokale dorpsgenoten. Je hebt een volledige keuken tot je beschikking met alles er op en eraan. Heel rustige plek met heerlijke bedden en douche. Föhn ontbreekt, dus die zelf even meenemen als je die gebruikt. Vriendelijke jongeman die je ontvangt, dus voor ons alles oké. Heerlijk geslapen ;-)

我們預訂了一間帶私人浴室的雙人間。不得不和9個人共用走廊上的一個浴室！浴室裡沒有肥皂或洗髮水，只有幾乎空的洗手液。淋浴簡直沒有胃口。

We were due to spend 2 nights here, last night and tonight, Monday and Tuesday night. On the Sunday evening we were checking existing and forecasted road and weather conditions and it was clear to us that they would be such poor conditions we would not want to be driving through them. Regrettably we were inside the 48 hour still have to pay cancellation period. But we messaged the guesthouse asking that they forgo the cancellation fee. They said no and there then followed a series of messages where they were saying that the roads were "passable/driveable" and I was saying I wasn't prepared to drive in those conditions. We instead headed south and still had to drive many sections at 25 kph in almost zero visibility -only one snow poles length ahead - on packed ice and snow. The official road maps for going north up to Isafjorda at the time we were driving south showed road conditions and temperatures even worse than those we were driving south in. Sometime during Monday we also got an email from our car hire company advising of severe weather and to NOT TRAVEL in the Westfjords area. And today, Tuesday, when we should be in Isafjorda, is early afternoon and the official road conditions map is showing roads in and out of Westfjords/Isafjorda as closed. And still they insist we could have got in. Crazy, crazy decision making on their part.

Accueil par un homme avec de nombreuses taches sur le tee-shirt. Très petite chambre avec ni armoire, ni porte-manteau, ni patère pour accrocher ses vêtements. petite cuisine avec salle à manger où on ne peut se restaurer qu'à quatre alors que c'est prévu pour 6 chambres. Une seule douche et un seul WC pour tout l'étage. Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait à côté. Au niveau propreté, cheveu bouclé trouvé dans le lit. Draps qui ont déjà beaucoup vécus. Et tout ça pour la modique somme de 100euros. De loin le plus mauvais hébergement de notre séjour en Islande

地理位置優越，適合在美麗的小鎮中心散步。房間乾淨舒適，但很小。廚房設備齊全，有一個休息區和餐桌。提供咖啡。樓梯很窄，沒有電梯。
