概覽飯店別墅(Hotel Villa Panoramica)

This hotel is in a good location with a gorgeous view. The front desk was very friendly and we’re reachable thru WhatsApp if they were off duty. The rooms do feel a bit outdated and could use some screens to keep out the mosquitos. But for the cost this place was good.

糟糕的經歷...2023 年復活節星期一與家人住在一起。結構沒有暖氣，陽台門無法關閉，幸運的是當地朋友借給我們毯子過夜。雙人床和兩張單人床的床單上都有頭髮和頭髮。我們只在深夜才入住該建築，即使熟人告訴我們，20 點以後接待處就沒有人了。因此，我們只在早上離開時才發現了不好的情況，接待女士以非常膚淺的方式簡單地告訴我們她很抱歉...... 絕對不推薦。

Siamo stati in questo "hotel" un po' di mesi fa. Struttura vecchia, fredda, senza ascensore, senza riscaldamento per l'inverno e senza aria condizionata per l'estate. Contrariamente da quanto detto dalla signora del ricevimento, non c'era scritto da nessuna parte che non avessero i riscaldamenti per la stagione invernale. Nel 2023 è assurdo tutto ciò. Pulizia scarsa, peli e polvere sulle piastrelle in bagno al nostro arrivo, muri sporchi. Purtroppo avevamo già prepagato tutto altrimenti ce ne saremmo andati via.

La singola è praticamente una cella, meno male che l'ho beccata vista mare perché quelle dall'altro lato davvero sembra di stare nelle segrete di qualche castello, palazzine circostanti troppo vicine. Nel bagno non ho trovato neanche una mensola per appoggiare il mio necessaire, quella dello specchio evidentemente è stata rotta e non sostituita, nessun gancio dove appendere asciugamano grande o vestiti, neanche in stanza. Tracce di ruggine nei binari della doccia. Unica ventilazione interna: vecchio ventilatore da soffitto, polveroso e non funzionante. Lo vogliamo chiamare armadio quel contenitore con due scaffali dentro posizionato dietro la porta di entrata? O entri nell'armadio o esci dalla stanza. Giardino a giungla non curato e squallido solarium a piastrelle. Ambianti adiacenti a vista della reception tenuti a magazzino con cataste di scatoloni vari. Ma quello che più mi ha irritato è stato che anche durante la notte rimbombava nella stanza un "battimento" sordo tipico di una pompa o altra macchina, forse frigo appoggiato a muro. Lo hanno sentito chiaramente anche altri ospiti ma interpellata la signora della reception (che c'era solo quando si doveva pagare) ha risposto: Impossibile! E infatti è impossibile che io ci ritorni.

Ambiente pulito, classico ed accogliente. Abbiamo dormito nella suite vista mare e posso dire che è stato un toccasana. Vicina a servizi, porto e spiaggie (pubbliche e private) Consiglio vivamente, soprattutto per l'ambiente anni 60'.

Pros - well positioned, clean , lovely view, really helpful ladies on the desk, two/three minutes from beach ( next to Bagno Lucia). Cons - basic 3 star hotel, no balcony, big comfortable bed, telly we never watched (Out of choice), and that was it pretty much. Breakfast was in town high street and was a pastry and two drinks. Really enjoyable, plugged in with locals, excellent coffee, juice and pastry. Lovely waking up experience. Overall knew this would not be a holiday for being budget conscious, the hotel was not cheap for what it was but absolutely fine, being in a position on the beach, peaceful and when you wanted help or advice the desk ladies were really relaxed and very helpful. Hotel was full but quiet and with all the things to see we slept well there every night. Glad we visited the island, organised our own transfer, Naples airport, alibus, hydrofoil quay each way, ferry 20 euros single. Bedded areas on beach wanted 30 euro the pair so went were the locals sat. No real supermarkets, so prices high, plenty of places to eat. Good experience in a pretty functional hotel with lovely gardens in a prime position for Ischia Ponte.

Me and my partner stayed in this hotel for our first time in italy and we’re sadly disappointed by what we were met with. First off, as soon as we walked in our room we noticed none of the doors shut properly, our bathroom door took a good couple of pushes to shut and once it did shut, took a lot of force to open again. Same with the doors to the balcony (if it can be called that) and the window shutters, had to use a lot of force to get them open and closed each day. Secondly, we turned the aircon fan on and a horrendous amount of dust came flying off flying all over our bed and our room!!! The ‘private beach’ they claim to have and all the other reviews state there is is not a private beach at all and is open to the public and costs €15 to sit on! The bar was barely a bar and held a couple of cans of beer and soft drinks and there was rarely anyone manning it for us to ever be able to purchase a drink. The first night we went out it took us 18 minutes to be able to get back in the hotel itself due to the door being lodged shut. The breakfast isn’t even within the hotel and is actually a 10 minute walk away and all this entitled you to is a singular pastry each and a drink. Luckily the breakfast bar was actually beautiful and ran by the loveliest people and was the only thing we enjoyed in relation to this booking. Overall really disappointed with this hotel we had really high hopes for Ischia and it was a good job we’re a couple who like to go out and about and do things as we ended up using this hotel purely to sleep in.
