百利達飯店(Barida Hotels)

The staff is very friendly; The room was large in size and had a good view and relatively good but old equipment; The bed was not very comfortable; Breakfast was very ordinary and the hotel restaurant was old-fashioned

Barida otel, güler yüzlü çalışanları ve sunduğu hizmetler ile bizleri ziyadesiyle memnun etti. Sadece kahvaltıda sundukları çayı demlik poşeti ile hazırladıklarını gördüm. Müşteri memnuniyeti açısından normal çay ile demlemelerini tavsiye edebilirim. Emeği geçen tüm çalışanlara çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Temizlik, hizmet, kahvaltı...kısacası her sey harikaydı. Çocuklar havuzu çok sevdiler...

Yıllarca Isparta da yaşamış biri olarak barida otel in açıldığı tarihi biliyorum turizmin cenneti Antalya da yaşayan ve bir sürü otel görmüş biriyim; açıkçası hizmetin ve kalitenin 1 yıldız olabileceğini hiç düşünmemiştim, 5 yıldızlı otel olması şaşırtıcı! Mini bar boş, temizlik normal üst düzey diyemem, hizmet deseniz 5 yıldızlı otele göre yine 1 yıldız düzeyinde. Asansörlere binerken kart oku**a sistemi yapacakları yere bence müşterileri nasıl memnun ederiz diye düşünsünler! Odada kullandıkları yataklar çarşaflar söyledikleri gibi üst düzey kalitede değil, kullanılan şampuanlar resmen geçiştirme olarak koyulmuş gibi gözüküyordu.. şehirde bir gün daha kalmak istedim fakat otelden bir an önce çıkmak için can attım; hizmeti böyle ise kahvaltısı da böyledir diye kahvaltıya bile inmedim bir an önce çıkmak için.. gidenler bunları görsün değerlendirsin

отличный отель с хорошим хамамом! есть, все что нужно, в этом же здании несколько клубов, в том числе, с живой музыкой. Для небольшого города на удивление прекрасный отель! Рекомендую!

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto excelente, funcionarios atenciosos, cafe da manha delicioso. Recomendo muito, o hotel é otimo. Proximo de tudo, rodovuaria, restsurantes, shopping. Recomendo.

Confition is not working, tecnik is not coming. Very durty! Brekfast were poor.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating... Initially there was a slight mix-up about our room, and we were given a room with only 2 beds (1 full and 1 twin) though we booked a room with 1 full and 2 twins online. When I approached the desk clerk to request a different room he was quick to try to help and called over the manager (who speaks English) to help as well. In the end we were given a room with enough beds for our family and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There are at least 3 dining venues on-site, and we chose to eat at the "Roof Top" restaurant which once again was clean, friendly has a beautiful mountain view and the food was good too. The breakfast was as expected including the standard Turkish Khavalti fare with eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice and much more. This was a 1-night stay so we didn't have time to take advantage of any of the many other on-site amenities such as the pool or spa, so I can't comment on the quality or service there. Overall I would recommend the hotel, and would come back again.
