WOW機場飯店(Wow Airport Hotel)

It's a business travel hotel. Nothing around to do . Furniture outdated .Old Hotel. No sound proofing in the rooms ..we could hear the snoring and noise from nearby rooms . No kettles or coffee-tea facilities in the room . Over priced !!! Breakfast just average.

It was nice room and great service by the hotel staff it was very pleasant experience for us.

THE hOTEL IS EXCELLENT BUT THE ACCESS TO THE LOCATION IS NOT EASY

A fleeting visit, I arrived just after midnight and was greeted by a tired but friendly night receptionist. I was offered a choice of a smoking or non smoking room, I took non smoking. He also kindly said that I was able to check out at 2pm instead of 12pm, when I asked about the checkout time. I went down for breakfast at 10am, half an hour before they close, and was surprised at how busy it was and how much food was still available. Not sure what the Maitre D was there for, was not checking anyones room number, but there were staff asking if everything was ok. I got a 15 minute warning by the waiter that the buffet would be closing. A bit disappointed with the terrible coffee. It wasn't even a filter machine, but an old douwe eggberts style with bitter tasting coffe. They have the automatic button set so that it fills the cup right to the top, no room for milk at al!

La Turkish Airline ha cancellato quasi tutti i voli del 1 novembre x problemi del sito. Dall'aeroporto, dopo lunghissime attese, ci hanno smistato in vari hotel. Ci avevano garantito che non avremmo dovuto pagare nulla. Verso le 23,00, siamo scesi a cena, abbiamo ordinato tranquillamente e poi alla fine ci hanno portato il conto. Ho spiegato al cameriere, ciò che ci stato detto dalla compagnia aerea, ma non voluto sapere ragioni. Al mio rifiuto di pagare, prima di aver sentito la compagnia aerea, si è indispettito e mi prendeva x il braccio, assurdo. Dopodiché ho detto alla reception di segnarsi il numero della nostra stanza e nel caso avremmo provveduto, il mattino successivo. Ero uscito fuori x fumare una sigaretta, sono venuti fuori in 5, di cui ha dichiarato essere un manager e mi hanno circondato, con fare aggressivo. A quel punto mi hanno obbligato a fornirgli una carta di credito, che aveva il mio amico che stava dormendo. Mi hanno scortato in camera ed ho preso la carta di credito, dicendo che avrei provveduto all'eventuale pagamento il giorno dopo. Invece hanno prelevato dalla mia carta l'equivalente del conto. Poi avevo un altro scontrino di 2 mie amiche che erano in camera, le hanno fatte svegliare e scendere in piena notte e gli hanno detto che dovevano pagare una cifra super del 40%. Sto valutando se andare a denunciarli. A 58 anni nessuno mi aveva trattato in questo modo, soprattutto in un albergo 4 stelle. Indecenti

Fuar alanına yakın diye kendinize bu eziyeti çektirmeyin… Musluklar bozuk, odalar eski, kahvaltı da su ücretli, ayrıca çok kıt. Odalarda ne bir kahve ne bir çay ve ğstelik bunlara karşılık gelen bir fiyat politikası da yok. Madem bu kadar kısıcaktınız bari fiyatını da kısın, yok… “mecbursun” dayatmasından başka bir şey değil!
