I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, the lady at the reception Deniz was incredibly rude. Her lack of manners and disrespectful behavior towards clients was truly appalling. When I tried to extend my stay and handed her my credit card, she threw it back at me without any regard for common courtesy. Moreover, the elevator was small, barely accommodating two people comfortably. It felt cramped and claustrophobic every time I had to use it. The breakfast served at the hotel was a major letdown as well. Not only was it uninspired, but it was also the same repetitive selection every single day. There was no variety or effort put into providing a satisfying experience for guests. The bathroom in my room was not adequately equipped for personal toiletries. There was limited space and amenities provided, making it inconvenient to organize and access my essentials. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned or vacuumed daily, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. However, I must mention that Samet, the guy at the reception was a saving grace during my stay. He was incredibly helpful and kind, offering assistance whenever needed. Despite his efforts, I cannot overlook the numerous shortcomings of this hotel. Overall, I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of basic amenities, poor service, and overall unpleasant experience.

Very small out of standard beds that you can fall down when you turn around in the middle of the night. AC wasn’t on (broken)while we were there for a several hours, couldn’t sleep night time because of the noise coming from corridor and other guests rooms , called front desk and even than continued, not very happy at all. No laundry service, need to go outside . Breakfast was somewhat ok, recommend go out to have it. Staff was very helpful but very unprofessional. Another confusion point with this hotel is , there are 2 of them very close by and almost the same name , A11 and A11 exclusive, both of them is not up to my standards anyway. First day of my stay when i saw a long hair in my freshly made bed , it was gross . We had a really bad experience at this hotel overall,

Great residential area in Istanbul. Great for walking, shopping and restaurants. Clean and safe hotel. Friendly staff, good buffet breakfast. Would stay again.

We, 2 seniors stayed for 5 days. Very noisy location. Not a single hook to hang your rainy clothes or to put your muddy shoes. The bathroom is not equipped. No shelves or places to put own toilet articles. Poor breakfast. 2 suitcases and cabin bags occupied the floor. Hotell is registered as "Pansiyon" by Turkish Tourism authorities but advertises as 4-star Hotell. Check the license panel near the entrance door.

First of all there are few a11 hotels in istanbul. Im writing about a11 in bagdad cadesi. The rooms were really small (like any other hotels in istanbul) Rooms were dark. Only one blanket for the twin room! We asked for blankets bud they couldn’t provide it. Breakfast was enough and served at lobby. The elevator had place for 2 peaple. I post some photos.

Walking distance to Meditranian, Shopping and restaurants.

I want changed room but they did not accept easily

Deluxe odada kaldık. Manzarası rüya gibi, odalar çok temiz, çarşaflar harika kokuyor. Sessiz ve huzur dolu bir otel.. Çıkış yapmadan tekrar ne zaman geliriz diye plan yapmaya başladık eşimle. TEŞEKKÜRLER
