伊斯坦堡奧本套房飯店(Oban Suites Istanbul)

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con 4 letti (coppia + 2 bambini) e piccolo angolo cuttura, per 3 notti. La struttura e' situata in una posizione comoda - davvero 10 minuti da Moschea Blu ecc - ma l'edificio e' fatiscente, la stanza e bagno vecchi e sporchi. In tre giorni, la nostra stanza non e' stata mai riordinata ne' pulita ne' i letti sono stati rifatti dal personale. Dalle foto sul sito e le recensioni ci aspettavamo tutt'altro servizio. Il costo delle stanze a notte e' stato SPROPOSITATO rispetto al servizio. Sconsigliato.

The rooms are really big & nice. Bathroom is very good. Location walkable to metro & Grand Bazaar. Few things I did not like all which makes me give poor ratings is 1) Towels are worn out & torn 2) Bedsheets were torn in one place 3) There is no elevator & have to use stairs though the manager helps with luggage 4) Showergel had terrible smell & products not good. If they improve the 4 itema listed then its a good hotel.

DISASTER !!!!!!!! We arrived at the hotel at 2 am and it was raining hard and guess what ????Main door where closed and there is no one at the reception although I wrote them an email that we will come at 2am, they even advised me to book a room a day in advance. The number written for contact on their site we called at least 30 times and no one answered .... of course the rain was still falling. Luckily our driver from the airport called someone and after 25 minutes of waiting on the rain a man arrived and opened the door for us, took us into the room when that other DISASTER. The room was terribly dirty. In the morning I went to the reception ..... again a DISASTER ..... the excuse that no one welcomed us last night was that check in is until 2 in the morning (of course on the web it says that the reception is open 24 hours, as they wrote to me in mail) to my question and that it is so, how can they leave guests in front of the door on rain at 2 am? I did not get a normal answer as well as the answer to the question why we get a DIRTY room. I asked them to clean our room again ..... again a DISASTER, work done in half ..... after that I decided to ignore everything and try to enjoy my holiday

Great location close to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel.

The property is not exactly what they post on the internet, no communication with customers if they have a problem or not, breakfast is terrible. They take half of the money from your credit card even if you choose to pay at the property and this will be done without your notice. I’m not staying there again on my next visit and would not recommend the property for anyone. 😡

They were very cooperative and kind, they helped us when we had questions about how we get to certain places and many other things. The only thing we had a problem with is that the elevator doesn’t start from the first level.

Bonne hôtel pas très loin du grand bazar à peine 50 m à pied super emplacement et surtout l accueil merci
