博蒙蒂磨坊飯店(The Mill Bomonti)

The location is abt ＜5mins walk to the supermarket, abt 15mins walk to the train station and shopping area. They can work on their cleanliness even more cos the moment I step in, I can feel the room is quite dusty. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that I’m not pleased with is when I put no cleaning button, the next moment I return, I saw my room is cleaned up. I hope they can work on this and respect personal privacy and choices.

Pretty average, nothing stood out particularly good or bad.

Wir haben ein paar Tage in Istanbul für diverse Termine verbracht und wollten ein ruhiges und gut gelegenes Hotel. Das hatten wir auch. Die Lage ist sehr gut um relativ schnell und einfach an zentrale Plätze von Istanbul zu kommen. Egal ob per Taxi oder sogar wer Lust hat zu Fuß. Um das Hotel sind ausreichend Angebote für Essen und Trinken. Der Service angefangen bei der Rezeption bis zum House keeping war sehr gut und immer freundlich. Mein besonderer Dank gilt an Herrn Hakan Ayhan, der uns einige Sonderwünsche erfüllt hat. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Very clean, it is a new hotel.

Save your self and go somewhere else. The room was unclean, dirty and messy. Tables unclean. Floor appears dirty. Bathroom table needs cleaning. Bath dirty with hair. The place is really run down i was surprised by the ratings of this hotel. I think they really don’t pay attention to the quality of cleaning and over time it got worse. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. However the location is totally ok. If you’re driving keep in mind it’s uphill in a narrow busy street. That bothered me a lot as well. The tv in the room is not smart. You’re stuck with local channels. Etc. bad experience overall. Due to the quality of cleaning. Which terrible. Oh yes. There was some construction happening early in the morning. Very very noisy. Worst thing was. I woke up around 7 am due to smoking cigarettes smell. It felt someone was smoking next to me the whole room smelled like smoking cigarettes. The people who were doing the construction 🚧 have the ability to smoke and continue their construction. Horrible horrific experiences in this hotel

The reception staff was so nice at time of check in and have me nice room but the room was so dirty with hair all around and the safe box was not working and took time to fix. The lady receptionist bothered me a lot to check out on time. Not even 10 min extra time was given. I will never stay here again

Das Hotel ist einer schönen Lage, es ist sehr nah an alle Orte wie besiktas, Taksim etc. Das Essen im Hotel ist top und der Preis ist sehr gut, man hat im Parkhaus gute parktmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist bestimmt abgenutzt, also es ist nicht so sauber wie man sich es erhofft.

Extremely dirty hotel. Walking in there was a horrendous smell, bed sheets were stained with makeup and what looked like coffee. The chairs were stained as well. The table, desk, and bathroom vanity were covered with dirt almost as if the room had not been touched or dusted for a long time.
