We checked in on Friday night. We carried all of our things to our room. When we get there, someone else is in the room. We go back downstairs, and even though our name is in the computer, they said because we used *******, we double booked. I explained to them that I booked the room over a month ago, and that I called to confirm the reservation. We were told there was no other room available. We found out there was a couple of other people having this same issue. It was late at night. We were hungry, tired and the only reason I booked this hotel was due to the indoor swimming pool, which of course we were unable to use. The only good thing is that the woman helping us, booked us another room at a different hotel using her discount. We have to stay in hotels about once a month for the next few months for my granddaughter’s cheer competitions and now I am reluctant to book with Hilton.
