Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson Fondren Medical District

Booked for state track meet. Got to room late Sunday, the room was already paid for but had to do a 125.00 deposit(which they didn't inform me of), after checking into the room, the room wasn't really clean. There was vomit on the bathroom door, a little on the toilet, on the towel bar, on the floor, a pill on the floor. After check out I informed them and she told me that they were going to give me some points and let someone know, I haven't gotten any points and noone have reached out. I normally don't leave reviews but when people are not true to their words I don't like that. You can see some of it in the pictures I included

The hotel is nicely situated in Fondren, a nice neighbourhood in north Jackson. The suite was nicely appointed, though our shampoo dispenser was empty. The gym is fantastic. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was adequate, though complimentary.

Hotel is charging but not hiring or offering daily maid service unless requested. Jackson has a huge unemployment rate. Hire people, especially if you are charging the same rates. Hilton is benefitting by not hiring.

Very convenient location. 9mins from the convention center. Close to restaurants and easy access from hwy. Room is comfortable and spacious. Modern feel. Staff is very helpful. Will definitely come back.

Amazing place to stay for the wedding we attended. The staff were so helpful and attentive and the property is so nice and clean.

The suite was spacious with two windows nice view from our room. The location is great very quiet and convenient to get around Jackson. I would recommend this location for future visits.

The lady working the front desk was amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful. The area behind the hotel is ran down but that's a lot of Jackson. All around the hotel was great. Very clean and felt very safe. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our stay was very comfortable. We absolutely loved our accommodations as well as our surroundings areas. The District was very accommodating.

This is my second time staying here and it’s every nights stay a good sleep. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who’s looking to rest in a clean, friendly and cozy overnight environment. I love it here and I shall return in the near future 👍
