Everything was neat and well-put together smelled great and also made me feel comfortable and secure! I’ll definitely be coming back

Very nice updated suite. It had two tvs and a pullout couch for our toddler to sleep on in the adjoining room. Nice pillows and smooth sheets in comfortable king size bed.

There was no soap (hand or body wash) and no lotion in the room. The outside of the hotel looked nice but the inside did not.

Our check was not great! They charged my card an additional charge and the card machine was down or not properly working. The hostess was flustered and also the guest. We were given keys to a room that someone was in. I asked the hostess to look into the extra charge because I was charged an amount that was different than I was told I was being charged. Going into a room that was already occupied was not good, the situation could have gone from bad to worse pretty quickly! I am glad that I was with my wife and she didn’t go in by herself!

Staff was all so nice! The only thing I noticed was the front porch drive thru area was a bit messy as if there had been a large group outside … just needed a sweeping

Everything was really nice and clean! Staff was very nice my daughter got an upset stomach and threw up in the bed and we had to get clean sheets they asked if we’d like to just switch rooms or have this one cleaned! Our granddaughter was in hospital and we needed a place to get some rest and this hotel was close and perfect for what we needed!

Not happy with window covering - it appears to be see through and indeed you could tell from the outside when the lights were turned on, what people in the room were doing. We found this to be an unsafe practice for travelers.

This hotel is in a great area with lots of shopping near by.

Day staff rude did not want to accommodate early arrival Ans did not want to see if a early room was a available.
