傑克遜希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Jackson)

We had a good experience. Ask for the cookies at the front desk, They will give them to you for free and they are amazing! We got some every time we walked by! Front desk was always very nice. Pool was nice it is an indoor/outdoor pool. The breakfast was about $14 a person I don’t think it was really worth that. I would just go down the road to the breakfast Buffay. Overall it was clean, however the bathrooms could’ve been a little cleaner there were some mold in the bathtub.

The hotel needed some cleaning and up keep, the heat didnt work in the room. The pool was nice and staff very friendly

I killed a cockroach in our bathroom!!! Didn’t appreciate that!! The headboard of the bed was way too far off the wall. Our pillows would go down between the wall and bed!! Needs some upgrades!!

It was great. However I was supposed to get a King bed room bit i was given a double bed room instead. We had 2 tickeys for breakfast at the hotel restaurant but they weren't open. No breakfast. The tv is old and not up to date with modern technologies of everyday people.

The restaurant on facilities food was not tasty and very high but service was great very nice people, average hotel very nice staff , the hotel rooms are on the high side for what they offer but so nice of everyone of the staff I met

Me and my wife always love to stay here. And we do this every 2 or 3 months

Heater did not work properly and Iwas charged 2 incidental charges. Manager was not there to address the issued. Housekeeping also knocked on people doors at 930 prior to check out time.

The room was quiet and overall there are bo complaints. However, the bathroom fixture for the shower tub faucet was loose from the wall. The tub also had a slow drain. The checkin staff were excellent.

It was my birthday and I really enjoyed myself. I love that I asked for a certain room and received it. The room had more than enough space, the bed was so soft and comfortable. The food from the Twist Bar & Grill was AMAZING!! Everything was incredible and I will be back.
