Awesome!! The room is spacious and clean!! The location is perfect for date nights!

Upon check-in, the front desk clerk was very accommodating. However, we checked in only to find out that they provided up with the wrong room and no other option was available. There was no cot to offer us. Breakfast started 10 minutes late and the staff was less than polite when asked if they had biscuits and gravy. I attempted to use the business center and the computer was not working. I would not book again.

I chose this hotel based on the rating. Huge mistake. This place was gross. Outside the front entrance smelled like death. The room although large needs some serious TLC. Cracks along the walls and ceilings. Mold in the shower. The mattress was so uncomfortable too. It was like sleeping on concrete. Zero support. Stay at the new hotel next door. Wish I would have.

When I registered, I asked the desk clerk for a room on the 4th floor. She told me my room had already been assigned, and it was on the 3rd floor. I told her I am a light sleeper, and have a hard time with constant footsteps in the room above me. She would NOT give me an answer as to why she wouldn't assign me a room on the 4th floor. When I started to set the alarm clock, it was unplugged. I tried a dozen different ways to get it set, but realized it was broken. I called the front desk and told him I needed another clock. He told me I could leave a wake up call. Didn't offer to replace the alarm clock. This is an older hotel with some new updates. It is close to several nice restaurants. In all probability, I would not stay here again. I would consider it a middle of the road hotel. I've stayed at much nicer HIX.

We always love staying at this hotel when our travel baseball team comes to the area to play. Great atmosphere all around!

Linda, at the front desk, was very kind! She made the check-in process super smooth! She also helped arrange the shuttle pickup from the airport for me.

The rooms were very nice, staff was very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best i have had in a hotel.

Heat/AC unit would not start. Rack for toiletries in shower was falling down. Lots of road noise. Very small TV.
