珀爾機場貝斯特韋斯特飯店(Best Western Airport Inn)

We were not able to take a shower. When you turn the shower on only a portion of the water was coming through shower head and it was spraying everywhere. I can’t believe a hotel would reserve a room in this kind of shape for guests to stay in. Such a waste of money 😩

We had an okay stay at this hotel, but there were some drawbacks which made us not want to stay here again. We got two king bed rooms, both non-smoking. One of the rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The staff was very friendly, that’s always a pro. The rooms were clean and tidy. It was quiet and the air conditioner, microwave, fridge and hot water, all worked great. The biggest downside was the complimentary breakfast. Milk was sour, our toddler was not very happy. The eggs also tasted as if they used the curdled milk to cook them. The sausage was not something I’d write home about, and all the food was cold. All the pre-packaged items were in good condition, however. If you are staying here, I’d recommend getting breakfast elsewhere. All in all, it was an okay stay.

Easy check in and they were very friendly at the office. Theres several places to eat that are clise enough to walk to. I also appreciate they gave me a room on the bottom floor

I stayed one night on the way to Birmingham, AL... it was not the fanciest Hotel but it was more than adequate... the hotel is older and has outside doors but it was WELL lit and in a SUPER safe area... the bed was amazingly comfy... I took a very hot shower which was great and watch TV while using the wifi on my computer... all in all I would for sure stay again... I live in Louisiana and travel about every two months to see twin granddaughters in Birmingham... I stay in Pearl to break up the trip... so for nights stay.. I was very satisfied!!!

There were many shopping and eating options all around. I was grateful for the available breakfast options.

I've stayed in a different hotel in this area before so I felt safe staying here by myself. I checked in late in the evening and the gentleman at the front desk was kind and professional. This particular Best Western hotel is a bit aged. The carpets could use a deep cleaning or replacement altogether, the walls a good painting, and the room I was in didn't have very good drainage in the shower, so quick showers were in order. However, I was only there for Homecoming weekend and didn't spend much time in the room. The sheets were clean and that was important to me after being out all day in the sun; also no creepy crawlers were spotted. As well the cleaning staff was always about if needed. Overall, a decent weekend stay.

The smell!!! Carpet is disturbing. Bugs! Towels and sheets have stains. Pillows small and so I uncomfy. One of the worse experiences. And we payed $100!

Hotel was outside access. Drunken men hanging out in front of my door making noise late at night and giving me creepy looks. They gave us a room with people already in it. When I complained, they gave me the room those people moved out of. I asked for a different room, knowing there was probably something wrong with it. They told me the room was fine and wouldn't move me. Sure enough, the tv didn't work. It was too late at night to move, so we stayed anyway. The room smelled really bad. In my opinion there are definitely better hotels to stay in here in Pearl. It was loud, uncomfortable, and the service was not accomodating. They didn't even have basic amenities like conditioner. The room was clean, I'll give them that much, but I wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had to. I can't even fathom how this hotel recieved a "very good" rating. I feel it was on the poor side. My husband hated it, and flatly refused to stay here a second night.
