日耳曼敦麗怡飯店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Germantown, WI)

We have stayed here many times in the past and will continue coming to this location. Lots to do all year round in the area. We recently stayed here because I had a doctors appoin**ent in the area and will again in spring. We come in summer for golfing and site seeing.

The location was convenient for us and the property looked very nice overall. Their dining hall was actually our favorite place because it was so big and airy and their breakfast was always delicious. The saddest part about our stay is we stayed a total of 7 days and never once was our room cleaned, trash taken out or towels exchanged. Around day 3 when we realized no one would be doing this for us, I started taking out our trash daily and exchanging our towels every 2 days. I would literally find the cart and either help myself or ask if someone was around. Some of the housekeepers looked like they were hustling and others were just on their phones daily so stopping by our room once the whole stay would have been expected but I guess not. We plan on either staying with family next time we visit or trying a different hotel.

It was nice,but the woman upfront was taking forever, she finally realized she was looking at the wrong booking. Then kept talking about “******* is weird” ma’am, i told her her twice i am using “**********” so that is the app that you should see not *******! My mistake to pay at the register,total regret it because it took so much time away from my birthday weekend start and the woman Friday May 20th 2020 didn’t apologize for making us wait 20 minutes she was very lazy and a tad rude. I guess her “mistake” could’ve been intentional bc she’s just a mean spirited person? I don’t know. Anyways we will be back, hope she gets more training in !

We were supposed to get a free bottle of wine at check-in and didnt receive it. I was in a hurry because i had to get to a doctors appmt so never thought about it again.

Everything was wonderful! Warm greeting upon arrival, accommodated us with a room close to the pool, and the breakfast was amazing with many hot, cold selections! Couldn't have been happier & will stay here again!

Stay was great. Was a little disappointed breakfast didnt start until 7am as my daughter had an early competition.

The room was great there were lots of bugs in pool area and the whirlpool didn’t work the next day.

This is a great hotel in a convenient area. Close to highway. They have hot and cold breakfast.

The property was very clean. Our room was very nice with some updates. I would highly recommend staying here. The staff is also very friendly.
