It was nice,but the woman upfront was taking forever, she finally realized she was looking at the wrong booking. Then kept talking about “******* is weird” ma’am, i told her her twice i am using “**********” so that is the app that you should see not *******! My mistake to pay at the register,total regret it because it took so much time away from my birthday weekend start and the woman Friday May 20th 2020 didn’t apologize for making us wait 20 minutes she was very lazy and a tad rude. I guess her “mistake” could’ve been intentional bc she’s just a mean spirited person? I don’t know. Anyways we will be back, hope she gets more training in !
