"The property was very clean and in a good location. The maintenance guy was super helpful. My heat wasn't working properly and he came to check it immediately! The rooms were also very nice. I definitely enjoyed my time in Mississippi and I will be visiting again soon!"

I was looking for a two bedroom suite for me and wife and daughter while we visited a local college. This one was perfect!

I have stayed here before because of the location and 2 bedroom suites available. Our room could use additional cleaning as the bathroom shelves were dusty and the backsplashes had spots on them. We specifically requested our room cleaned daily ahead of time online and with the cleaning staff on our floor one day while leaving out only to return to a dirty room. We were then told at the front desk that they only clean every 3 days of your stay-unacceptable. Breakfast is good and exercise room should have water available.

Let me start off by saying the front desk must be the rudest people I’ve ever met. Secondly, I was charged an additional hold on my credit card besides the $20 day incidental that Marriott charges. Still no explanation for what that hold was for. With the apartment complex next-door people came in and out of the hotel parking lot and the building all throughout the day. None of the side doors Were ever locked so anyone had access. Every hallways smelt like ****. I’m not a pretentious person, but I’ve been an ambassador elite member for over a year and a half now and my welcome gift was a bottle of water. Never again will I stay at this residence inn . This is the first Marriott hotel that I’ve been to in the seven years that I’ve started traveling for business where I was completely disgusted. Do not recommend at all. Also stay at your own risk.

I had booked a 2 bedroom/2bath suite for 1 night. Upon arrival, check in person was less than welcoming. Our suite was dirty and when we pulled out the couch for our granddaughter it was stained with what looked to be blood on it so she slept in parents’ room. The next morning at breakfast, the attendant was extremely rude and glared at us the whole time we were getting our plates like we were stealing. The food itself was good but the comment she made to my daughter in law as we were leaving was uncalled for telling her she wasn’t talking to her when asked a question. I did not say anything to any employee there as we just wanted to check out and never return plus I assumed no manager was on duty that would be allowing all this to go on. I do plan on contacting Marriott corporate and will never stay here again!

This is a wonderful hotel -- totally exceeded my expectations -- clean, modern, spacious rooms, light and airy lobby, and friendly staff at the front desk -- in a quiet neighborhood. A complimentary breakfast is provided and there is plenty of parking. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Car stolen during the day parked right by area where you check in. Apparently this is not uncommon. Also there are no security cameras in spite of the fact this has happened more often than they will share with you. Security guard across street said happens all The time. Cars broken into often as well. I would not stay here again.

Great location, attractive lobby and nice breakfast. Reported burned out light over vanity on first day…reminded desk every day… still not fixed when we left 5 days later.

Breakfast was nice just wish they had more options.
