We had reserved the room for 14 Dec 2022 through one of the travel booking sites. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and as our train was delayed. We produced our IDs and gave the needful information to the so called " Hotel ***ager" at the reception. The receptionist asked all the members to give the phone numbers. On confronting that we have already produced the valid IDs and mobile number of Main guest, the receptionist started DE***DING all the contact numbers. On asking the purpose/ policy on the same, THE RECEPTIONIST BECAME AGGRESSIVE AND and DISREAPECTFUL. He also started making sarcastic remarks. We again stressed on knowing the hotel policy on producing all the contact numbers, he seemed completely BLANK and then agreed to accomodate us. However, his sarcastic remarks keep getting bad to worse. Finally we decided not to stay in the Hotel and left.
