Location and amneties are nice

Red Fox Hotel is located within easy reach of the airport and close to the institutional area of Jaipur on the JLN Road. University of Rajasthan is also close-by but the old city and the main touristy places are at a distance. This hotel is a part of the Lemon Tree chain and therefore disappoints. In fact, the hotel is a paradox: well built but not so well maintained and run. Rooms are well designed but clearly reflect cutting of corners by the ***agement. For instance, there is no conceivable reason in today’s day and age to not provide amenities kit in the bathroom and levy a steep Rs. 40/- per item should one need anything. Most hotels of a far lower class provide such facilities which makes one feel welcome. Similarly, charing points are inadequate and fiddly. Bathroom is equipped with a decent and functional shower with hot water but certainly not well maintained. Soap is the form of a dispenser affixed to the wall in both the shower and the washbasin area and nothing else at all. One does wonder about the necessity to bolt the soap dispenser to the wall! Beds are not very comfortable and frankly lumpy as are the pillows. The bedlinen and towels are reasonably clean but nowhere close to expectations as they are old and most are no longer as white as expected. Tea and coffee facilities are present but the tea bags are of a poor quality. Entry to hotel too leaves much to be desired. It is through an unimpressive lobby and the reception and other utilities such as the coffee house, the conference centre and even the gym being on the first floor is weird to say the least, not to mention the constant wait for the lift. The hotel lobby too is on the first floor and just okay as is the coffee shop. Nothing much is missing but certainly not a welcoming place. Coffee shop is bright but again underwhelming as is the breakfast that is served. Adequate but little to remember or mention. Overall, there little to appreciate and a constant feeling of underwhelming service. One factor however stands out in its favour: the hotel favours differently-abled persons for various jobs in the hotel which is commendable.

A great budget hotel. Jaipur ia full of luxury hotels. This is a very clean nest budget hotel which provides great accommodation at great prices. The breakfast was fantastic and hotel has free parking. Great hotel for JLF as quite close to venues. Staff and rooms very good

I had stayed at the hotel during the JLF. Had a comfortable staff, well ***nered and courteous. The ***agers and servers of the restaurant, the night staff especially Govind, housekeeping, front-desk especially Shivani were quite courteous.

Best hospitality dedicated serving community terms of hiring differently able staff you get satisfaction with content, services are great platter of breakfast, food is top quality and very well much more value for money aesthetics fab

Room Cleanliness, ambiance, fragrance in the corridors, room with a view, bathroom facilities dedicated staff, punctuality of the staff. Overcall great service. Excellent staff- friendly, polite and really helpful. Some were over and above. Specially housekeeping staff members are really amazing like Mr Lax*** and Sanjay. Thank you guys. . I will definitely come to red fox jaipur again.

I stayed at the hotel during July 25-30, 2023 and found it to be An Economic, No-frills, Efficient, Clean hotel with Extremely Cordial staff & it was Less Than 15 minutes away from the Airport. I stayed there with another 26 persons who came from different parts of a Pan-India organization for a training program of 4 days organized within the Red Fox Hotel. On the eveningof my checking in, I was impressed by the help rendered by Shri. Mukesh Swami (F&B incharge) and his colleague, Shri. Bhupander (or Bhupendra) - in reorganizing the seating arrangement of the training room. It was not easy at all and they did that with a huge smile. The restaurant offered excellent spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes during dinner, breakfast and lunch - again served by friendly staff with a perpetual smile on their faces. That same smile was there till we left on the 6th day and the service they gave us all was top class. The training room, the adjacent washrooms and the restaurant were always clinically clean but I never saw anyone actually cleaning it - which means that the systems worked. The room was large & comfortable and was always clean with all the fittings and air-conditioning working perfectly. The linen was always clean snd the room refrigerator worked well. Apart from Mukeshji and Bhupanderji, I remember names of Sunny, Ramnarayan, ***oj, Pradeep and Chandraprakash in the dining area who were very helpful. I may have missed a couple of names and I am sorry for that. From the front desk, I remember the helpful and friendly Shri. Rahulji, Ms. Shivani and Ms. Sita. I did not come across a single person in 6 days who made a long face when requested for something. This pleasant experience has inspired me to look for properties of The Redfox Hotel ***aged by Lemon Tree Group. Thanks everyone. Hope to see you again, sometime.

I want to give Minus point but it’s ok I can’t I had stay on 6 Th miss Soniya were on front office her way of talking were bed . I faced the room the problam with my friend room key were not entered properly I asked her to change the room she mookingly smiled and some guy to open the door . It’s ok it’s a typical budget class hotel but they know how yo treat the Coustmer’s. Too bad

Positives The room was a decent size. Staff was helpful. The airport is very close to the hotel. Cons The biggest challenge was the room. The window couldn't be opened & there was a wall in front of the window. The room freshener sprayed in the room was extremely overpowering. Making the room suffocating. At night there was a lot of disturbance from fellow travellers in the adjoining rooms as the kids used the corridor as a playground to run & make noise.
