I stayed at the Clarion Bella Casa Hotel in Jaipur from May 15th-16th, 2024, and had a deeply disappointing experience. The staff's attire and etiquette were abysmal, and the room service was extremely poor, with requests often going unanswered or fulfilled incorrectly. Cleanliness was at its worst, with the entire property appearing neglected. The food quality was unhygienic and the worst I’ve ever encountered at a hotel—completely unpalatable and clearly prepared with little care. It’s evident that promoter Nirmal Bardiya shows a lack of interest in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This negligence is reflected in the overall poor service and substandard amenities. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you are looking for a pleasant stay in Jaipur.
