A great value for a place to sleep after a full busy day in the area. Clean and quiet and all the amenities without the over inflated costs.

There were bedbugs in the bed and roaches in the bathroom floor. And stains all over the furniture. The front desk attendant was wonderful and helped us get a refund from Amazon.

No towel bar in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is looking run-down.

I travel a lot in my biz. I’ve stayed in many hotels at this price point This was the absolute worst. Extremely dated and tired looking. If this is the best Jasper has to offer I won’t ever stay in Jasper again. How hard is it to use brighter light bulbs, softer towels, fresher rooms that says welcome vs I can’t wait to leave. If I owned this property I would take pride in the appearance and the employees I hired at the front desk.

You could tell our room door had been pried open before. Locks didn’t work. Shower was dirty

Decent hotel, room was spacious and fairly clean. Cookies in lobby were delicious. Breakfast wasn’t bad, just your standard fair plus a waffle iron.

I don't recommend staying here if you expect a nicer mid-level hotel. It's mediocre at best. I also don't recommend it if you have allergies. Our room smelled horribly musty. I wanted to request a new one, buy my family was too tired to mess with it. The next morning, I saw why it smelled. The bathroom had lots of mold and/or mildew. I took pics and tried to add them to this review, but the app would not let me. The desk people were nice though.

The property was very beautiful and it was a very simple check in and check out process!!
