Aerotel吉達 - 1號航廈中的過境飯店(Aerotel Jeddah - Transit Hotel in Terminal 1)

My flight was delayed by 4 days and they took my reservation even though it was for 4 days ago. I would have had to sleep in the airport bench for 10 hours had they not been so kind. Other than the fact of the room didn't have Windows it was great thank you so much

Good in general

The hotel is very unique as it is airside at Terminal One and very easy to get to the departure gates. The biggest problem is that if you are not transit passengers you can’t access the hotel without checking in and going through security. It would be nice if this was mentioned on your website. We were very lucky that a very kind gentleman arranged for us to check in at least 8 hours early and go airside which enabled us to use the hotel. Other personnel landslide said we could not go airside at 5pm as checkin started at 2.15am. So at least we had a comfortable sleep before boarding our flight at 7.30 Sunday morning.

Nel sito dell'aeroporto non viene ancora menzionato ma l'avevo notato durante un altro viaggio. Ho transitato durante un lungo stopover serale/notturno. Camera presa dopo l'atterraggio,non penso ci sia bisogno di una reservation. Prezzo 150 euro a camera(la tariffa cambia in base alla durata sosta). Camera pulita,spartana ma confortevole,eravamo in 3,ciabatte di cortesia solo per una persona,ricircolo dell'aria rumoroso e senza possibilitá di spegnerlo,peró davvero comodo. Scendi dall'aereo e vai direttamente al Terminal 1.

this was a lovely stay easy in transit of the airport no passport control security check when you arrive the room was nice and cold, very clean and quiet. lovely staff at the reception and in the hotel. easy and quick check in was in room in 3 minutes. no idea how people could ever give a negative feedback about this place. would def stay again hopefully soon on another stop and journey. thank you for your kindness

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and book something else in Jeddah near the airport like the Clarion. The website is confusing, the logistics of staying there are not clear, and customer service was awful.

It is convenient for transit passengers who can sleep for a few hours and take a shower in the hotel room. Rooms are clean but without wifi. Also , there is no tea / coffee maker in the room. Being located inside the international terminal , the hotel is somewhat expensive.

Liked that, convenient for long layover.
