Great location clean and the staff is very nice Mia at the front desk is the sweetest

Friendly service and up to date deluxe king rooms. Bed was too hard

I was extremely disappointed to learn the hot tub was not working. That is why I chose this particular hotel. Nothing was offered to me for the inconvenience either. I also was upset to learn that cable was the only tv options with no movies available to purchase. I went there for the hot tub bc I needed it and left there needing a chiropractor bc the bed was hard as a rock and I couldn’t move when I woke up. Lastly I requested a late check out and was told no and that I could have just 15 minutes. Overall I was quite disappointed and dissatisfied with this hotel.

Love this hotel. Very clean, very modern. Great staff! Helped change my room when our original room smelled of cigarette smoke. Great food options in the area. There are rowdy weddings guests that return to the hotel on the weekends, we were woken up both nights due to this. Just something to keep in mind. Otherwise a perfect stay

It’s fine - pillows uncomfortable but otherwise fine - my complaint is I forgot my phone charger and was sent to housekeeping VM 2x with no call back. Third call I was informed I needed to send a pick up tag and pay for it- really? No one could put in an envelope and send? I would have given a card to pay the $5 for mailing, UPS tag was $29 - obviously I didn’t send a tag

Check-in service was quick and staff was friendly and kind. Room was very clean when we arrived. Water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! Only thing I can think to note is that the door is thin so you can hear some sound from the hallway, but personally didn’t bother us.

Staff was great, especially Mia. she handled my late evening checking like a pro, and was nice to boot. Comfortable bed and room. I suggest putting some anti-slip thing in the shower/tub. Will stay there again.
