Staff is slow. Hotel needs facilities uplift. First room given had not been cleaned so had to wait again for staff to slowly assign second room. And $160 for one night for two in a sleepy midwestern town?

Accomodating friendly staff with clean rooms, good location and not overpriced.

Carpet in room is in need of replacement or cleaned, drapes would not close completely, bright light from street shining through, bottom fitted sheet did not fit. I like to see bed bug covers on matresses. Pillows completely flat.

The room was amazing and the only thing that could be improved would be the refrigerator having a freezer in it and it wasn’t cold at all.

Everyone made us feel right at home. I don't think this is a new hotel, but it was so well-kept that it felt like one. It was comfortable, and there was a nice breakfast in the morning.

Friendly professional staff, enjoyed breakfast. The stained and dirty carpets in the hallways as well as the musty odor in our room was disappointing.

This was the worst motel experience we have ever encountered in our world travels. We were put in a first floor room which adjoined to another room. Late in the evening there was a couple yelling and screaming at each other in the hallway for about a half hour and no one from the desk intervened to quiet them. Then before and after midnight there were children, including one that wasn’t talking yet, yelling and running around in the adjoining room that woke us up and kept us awake. There needs to be a sound barrier under the doors to stop the sound when the room is not being shared.

Great, clean, modern hotel w very nice, very comfortable beds and a great bathroom.

The mattresses were bad. Several others said the same. You need an upgrade.
