Very cosy room and nice breakfast, received free room upgrade.

pleasant check in. reception happy to arrange airport transfer the next day. Was informed about the breakfast time. Looking forward to stay. Small corner room but not noisy.

Si puede evitarlo, hágalo. Yo hice una reserva por Booking y me dieron una habitación muy pequeña al lado del ascensor. El valor es el mismo que en otro hotel de igual categoría pero con una cama más amplia y no cerca de donde la gente entra y sale. Los ascensores están sucios y con olor a cigarrillo. Les comenté que no iba a tomar el desayuno pero mantienen el precio , les pregunté si podía cambiarlo por la cena y dijeron que no. Muy mala predisposición del recepcionista. No lo recomiendo

Ho soggiorno una notte in questo hotel, per visitare Gerusalemme e si è dimostrata la scelta giusta. La posizione è perfetta: a 15 min da Yahuda Market ed altrettanto da Jaffa Gate ( accesso alla Città antica). La camera è piccola ma ben arredata, con tutti i confort. Devono solo migliorare nella manutenzione ordinaria delle camere e nella pulizia. Buona la colazione. Il parcheggio va prenotato in anticipo. Consigliato per trascorrere una notte a Gerusalemme.

The hotel was very nice. Staff extremely friendly, we even got a free upgrade to a better room. The location was great as it is very close to the city center and in the middle of an area with many shops and restaurants. One comment that I have is that the breakfast was missing labels on the food so we needed to ask in case we did not recognize the food.

The Eyal is in a very noisy location. Music from the nearby pedestrian mall is annoying. The fridge in the room didn't work. I alerted the front desk and nothing was done. The Internet also didn't work. The bathroom was plagued with small knots and the room's safe needed a new battery. On the plus side, the breakfast was good. There are better choices to be had.

Останавливались в этом отеле три раза, больше не вернемся. Во первых, на моей банковской карте заморозили стоимость проживания до нашего прибытия ДВАЖДЫ (8 и 9 мая). При заселении 10 мая списали оплату еще раз. Итого было ТРИ списания за один и тот же номер! Прошло больше недели, после возвращения домой, деньги на карту так и не вернулись. Во вторых, персоналом были выброшены наши зубные щетки и зубная паста в середине нашего пребывания. Менеджер отеля направил нас в ближайший магазин приобрести зубные щетки и вернул нам деньги по чеку. Такое никогда не происходило с нами ни в одной поездке по всему миру.

Hotel moderno, excelente ubicación en el centro de Jerusalén y a unos minutos de caminata de la ciudad amurallada. Ricos y variados desayunos, buena atención, buen funcionamiento del wifi. En resumen, muy recomendable.

The worst experience ever! When I checked in, I specifically asked if their wifi was working...they lied and said yes. Once I got settled in, wifi was not working- lost an entire day of work, couldn't rebook because I had no access to wifi. Had to go to another hotel to use their wifi and rebook my stay at another hotel in middle of the night. Hotel is refusing to refund my money- horrible, the worst stay of my night. Terrible
