Hotel agreable et confortable... petit dejeuner varié et consequent... 20 mns a pied de la vieille ville... chambre avec baignoire/ douche et lit confortable... bonne insonorisation. personnel agreable et souriant. A recommander sans hesitation

Quite easily one of the worst hotels we have had to pay for in our 2 month overseas holiday. Consistently disinterested staff, ridiculously small elevators (one closed for the Jewish Sabbath which is ironic because if one is operating then it makes no difference), but 2 people and their suitcases could barely fit in. Considering 2 bus tour groups were checking in that’s nearly 50 people needing an elevator. 2 single beds for a married couple, room with a view of next doors wall. Dinner included, buffet was dreadful, staff were rude and took dishes away before you had finished your meal but that may have been a blessing given that the meals were awful. Breakfast buffet spread was limiting. Keep looking, I am sure you can do much better.

Room was very nice , had everything we needed .Breakfast was a very good Buffett, loads of choice.It was a comfortable stay , but the only downside is the foyer and breakfast room is a little bit tired and needs a refurb to bring it up to date.The hotel needs a good interior designer .Bar was a good stop off place for after dinner drinks but on my last night , they had run out of Israeli beer which was disappointing . But , we liked the location, felt very safe even walking at night , 10 minutes and we reached the Mamilla Mall , which is a stones throw from Jaffa gate and you are in the Old City. Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in , but it was a good stay in a magical city which we have great memories of .

The location is great, Management is great, well maintained Gave a 4 vs 5 just because most rooms are fairly small but well appointed snd clean also does not have a pool or large lobby if you are looking for a great location, clean hotel and good value, this Hotel is great!!

We traveled to Israel last May 2023 with a tour operator. Very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms are really shabby. Not very clean. The beds are so narrow, good for kids. They recycle the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were there for 4-5 days. Couldn't eat at all. When asked the concierge for a Chinese restaurant, wont give us any names. Very strange...

Just back from staying here 5 nights. The rooms are small, the bathroom really tiny for 3 people. The food at night was not good, sadly has went down hill since we were last here. Breakfast was ok but very rude member of staff. Don’t think we’ll be using this hotel again

Very disappointing spa experience. Massage itself was fine, but the place was pokey and run-down with mould on the walls. Included in the package was meant to be light snacks and drinks but it didn't look clean and when I went to change in the bathrooms I saw the food was being stored there in unsealed packages. I wrote to complain about our experience shortly afterwards and received no response.
