焦特布爾印達納宮殿飯店(Indana Palace, Jodhpur)

L’Indana est un hôtel situé dans le quartier des casernes militaires en périphérie de Jodhur. C’est récent, spacieux et plutôt bien conçu mais cela n’a aucun charme. L’hôtel fait penser à un établissement pour voyages d’affaires ou séminaires. Il y a spa, piscine, gymnase, bar et restaurant. Cuisine correcte. Pour le service, on passe d’une extrême à l’autre, certains salariés sont souriants et efficaces d’autres pas du tout. Vous êtes le client alors si quelque chose vous déplaît, dites-le, à fortiori en Inde !! Notre chambre était très bruyante (voisin hurleur et porte communiquante), nous avons changé. L’Inde n’est pas un pays de service par culture, il faut souvent se battre.

L’hotel quando è stato costruito era sicuramente un ottimo albergo Le stanze molto ampie con un bel bagno grande e spazi comuni molto belli e ampi Purtroppo però tutto questo vale principalmente per il passato in quanto le stanze risentono veramente del tempo negli arredi , nell’ usura generale, nella ***canza di servizi o dove ci sono molto scarsi Il ristorante è molto scarso, la qualità direi bassa con una proposta mediocre e con la totale assenza di servizio del personale molto approssimativo e non adeguato Peccato potrebbe ancora essere un’ottima sistemazione ma necessita di interventi urgenti

La propreté n'est pas le point fort de l'hôtel : vitres sales dans le hall d'entrée, première chambre visitée (une suite) nettoyée qu'en partie. Beaucoup de personnel mais pas très formé (un garçon d'étage qui entre dans la chambre sans attendre qu'on lui ouvre) Repas buffet et petit-déjeuner sans intérêt, avec un choix limité. Et pour finir, l'hôtel edt dans l'axe de la piste de l'aéroport. Des avions passent à certaines heures toute les 10 minutes juste au au-dessus. Le prix est très surévalué par rapport aux prestations.

Wonderful location, well behaved staff. Excellent food variety . Really a 5 star experience. The swimming pool was great and well maintained. Overall it is great place in Jodhpur to spend time with family

Overall a pleasant 2 nights stay. I was in Jodhpur for business travel , had taken 2 meals . Good Breakfast and Dinner spread. Only thing I didn't like was high chili in ***y dishes. Thought staff offered to make it separately Staff was courteous. Nice large rooms . Location is not Central but Jodhpur being small city , it's ***ageable.

One of the best hotel as I ever seen ,as concern about food + service and overall experience just amazing,all staff corporation specialy Paul and Umed ji and Devendra rest all are excellent,thank you very much indana palace jodhpur I am really overwhelmed ,,,

We stayed in this hotel for one night and ended up going back again just because the staff and food was so amazing.... Prince is the star of the show in terms of service and everyone personally takes care of you... property and rooms are very good also....all in all worth every penny...

Some external people , later identified as wedding planner ***** with some Hotel trainee staff barged into my room using duplicate keys without my permission and approval . They wanted to place some wedding gift hamper in my rooms for guests arriving . It's was 10:00 am and checkout time was 12:00 noon. They were carrying some lists , given by hotel . When confronted they said they have authorisation from Hotel and according to them all rooms should be vacant. When I spoke to Mr Roy , GM of the hotel , though he was apologetic but very casual and just passing the buck . Such a serious lapse of privacy , security and he was just trying to pass off . Have video evidence and planning to go to the consumer court and local Jodhpur authorities for stern action against the Hotel and ***agement.

We went to indana place capal of day back lunching vivo phone we find banquets Venu was properly arrange nice ambience food was great And excellent 👌 service ,every thing was comfortable i would like to appreciate Mr. Devender And his team keep it up
